So, Bill, in his hospital bed, laughingly agreed to wear seersucker suits in the next life so I’d be sure to recognize him. Now I wonder: does a soul necessarily re-embody on planet Earth? And when?
Not necessarily, no. There are great many planes of existence different from human one and where one gets reborn depends entirely on their karma. Well at least this is what Lord Buddha says.
I do believe in reincarnation too. If I didn’t fulfilled my goals in this world. I will surely come back in another’s body to fulfils my dreams, that’s for sure

I do not agree with this belief of Reincarnation and I don't understand why Judaism believe in this. In The Bible or Torah we do not find this concept, life and soul is given One time, what you do is written in the books of life in Heaven and when you die everyone is judged according to their good or bad deeds and other things that are important to get in heaven.

The body in which it did the righteous deeds (mitzvahs). The sinful body would not be ressurected.
