That comment shows you don't understand. They aren't talking about defiance. They are talking about an actual temperament. It's a personality type. It's not something they are doing wrong. Are they capable of disobedience? Of course. But that isn't what this video is talking about.
That's not "strong-willed" that's just bad behavior. Strong-willed is a temperment that doesn't change with different situations.
I agree. There are such thing as strong-willed good children.
