2:08 Another joke that flew right over my head as a kid; it sounded as though Homer wanted a whiskey for each member of the family and two for himself, but what he actually meant was that because part of him still resents having started a family without aspiring to in advanced, he relies on alcohol as relief, so in this case, it's two whiskeys for each child he and Marge gave birth to. Subtle jokes like these are what made the old Simpsons pure comedy gold!
@@justjohnny9780 Okay. But surely still they could have Patty and Selma come to Evergreen Terrace and watch her for the day. Plus, what also happens to the pets?
How is Curly able to get *such* an amount of alcohol where this place has a strict no-alcohol policy and is in the middle of nowhere? Probably he must of got a good pay-off from them and is able to drink-and-drive to the nearest off-licence or somebody drives him there.
1:28 Love that subtle joke of taking a picture of the ground on purpose. So often you wasted film by accidentally taking a picture of the ground when holding the camera.
I love “Help me, please, I’m sick” and Homer laughing at him… it’s so mean but so funny
Red Dead Redemption 3 looks great.
😂
shut up

I do wish the simpsons episodes they make a giantess episodes treehouse of horror

rebecca calliou “In the background, one of the cowboys decides to dig a hole for some reason.” Actual part of Swartzwelder’s script. 🤣
@@zacditulio4378 that commentary is great. I recall them laughing at the Swartzweldian phrase “for some reason” that he used pretty expertly.

“What is it with you and robots?” might be the greatest line ever uttered from Marge.
She *obviously* got short memories of their visit to Itchy and Scratchy Land.
2:39 Itchy and Scratchy Land, Marge?
Maggie just being super cute and not seeing the chaos her family makes.
Why does though Marge need to take her everywhere? Even multiple times abroad. Couldn't she get Patty and Selma to babysit her for the day?
@@SuperTed19021 Maggie put up a struggle when Homer tried leaving the kids with Patty and Selma back in Homer Alone.

He knows what he’s doing….😂
As poor old Curly drowns to death.
The one bandit shooting at the Simpsons point blank and aiming at Marge's hair always cracks me up!
I love old Curley. And can relate to him. 3:45.
