My oh my..this is..am speechless. Amazing work! I do have a question though..how do users access this AR? Do they download an app or is it webAR. If it's webAR, what exactly do they need to do to view the AR?

the hard part is just adding the VPS if you don't want to use the ones already added by other Devs or Niantic

I am from a non-global city in Brazil called Fortaleza. I am developing for my PhD an AR short film set in a historical place here, and it would be amazing to be able to add the power of Lightship VPS to my project. Are there any plans to submit pointclouds of historical places in cities like mine in a short period of time?
