      Same here, though with dermatology I want to be an acne specialist. I only hesitate with dermatology because of the years of schooling. But I'm definitely doing medical Aesthetics then maybe flow into dermatology as I get older.
      🙈just wanted to share that.

      Isn't it amazing?! I cannot live without my MAs lol they are my backbone. It is a great way to see if you like this field and hopefully invest in nursing school.

    Thank you for this!! Im from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺
    I’m just starting my journey 🙌 I’m almost finished the Bachelor of Nursing and will be an RN soon 😊 I am worried I’m too old to be entering the industry though 😔 I’m 43 and have been an EN for a couple of years. Nursing is new to me, I only started studying in 2019! I am hoping to work and be trained at the same time, as opposed to working as an RN for a year before being allowed to pay for training. I’m really looking forward to starting a career as a cosmetic nurse, and I hope I’m not too old! 😬🙌

    Hi Im wondering how as an RN we can initiate a tx plan? This is the only part im stuck on. RN's can inject but to my understanding can not prescribe treatment. How do you do this without a MD ordering the treatment plan?

      Any training is a good idea! A solid consultation really sets you apart from every one.

    I love watching your videos! Do you get paid hourly, salary, or is it dependent on your amount of customers? I am a little confused on how aesthetic registered nurses are paid/what it is based off of.

    • @NurseJanetG
      @NurseJanetG  3 роки тому

      Hi Layna! It is a bit of hourly plus bonus based on customers/revenue! I am having a class series on Bright Live to help further mentor you guys! Feel free to sign up! You can head to my IG page and the link is in the bio for the upcoming one :) It is allll about treating lips and I think the next one will be an extension of how to become an aesthetic injector.

    So is this your business? If so, wouldn’t your profit balance out to be same if you worked in the hospital?

    • @NurseJanetG
      @NurseJanetG  2 роки тому +1

      LMAOOO HECK NO the profit wouldn't be the same. The two don't even compare. This isn't my business but I know enough to know it surpasses the hospital
