I think that avoiding the London is more in the spirit of a Caro speedrun. Otherwise it becomes more like your road to 2000 series but with a different opening for white. You should make the Caro with white your meme opening like Anna cramling's cow
Game 1: I liked e6 instead of Bg4, though the position is crushing anyway, For the: younginventor it's back to the drawing board. Game 2: Qxg6, is best. I would move the other rook, Ra2 instead of Re2, you have a won game 2 pawns. But like you said there are so many ways to win. good work. I like the other chess set too.
