Does it throw a check engine light? How do you fix it? Also, can you show how to disconnect the vacuum line? or how to block the vacuum line which goes on the valve ?
This does throw a code. I would reset mine and it would come back every 3-5 weeks so it didn’t really bother me until I got a tune. You just trace the line back and plug it. I always got back to the manifold so I don’t have to worry about that line leaking in the future.
Underneath the manifold? Or on throttle body side? I have m50 manifold as I’m in process of swap! Car is not running well )): It would be much appreciated if you could do a more in depth video on all your vacuum line routings for your m50 manifold swap! Please! And thank you!!
Here’s the deal with the tune. You don’t have to tune it. I ran mine for well over a year without tuning it out. I had a cheap obd2 reader that I would reset the light with. It would give me the light every 6-8 weeks or so. Just a small tune to fix that and it isn’t expensive at all! Revmatch will help you out. Especially if you let them know we sent you!
I would delete SAP after you pass emissions, always very easy to reinstall. With it deleted you're going to have a check engine light, hence you need to reflash. Some states allow more emissions monitors to be offline, 1 or 2 normally, you may be able to get away with it if its the only things deleted. Goodluck.
DONT DO THIS TO YOUR M54 TILL YOU READ THIS.... Just need to unplug the pump and leave the ONE way valve alone .😮😮 Thinks it's leaking at high rpms ?? Make a soap bubble at the end of it n rev it up 😅IF u have a vacuum controlled valve iam Shure u will know what to do.
What’s the dimension?
I need to make that cut before I take off sap, so I can plug and go.
My UK spec m54b30 has that port blanked off from the factory. No secondary air pump.
Lucky! There is no need for it
So what do we do about the plug for the SAP? Cut it off, put it aside, what should we do?
The electrical harness can be pulled aside and zip tied down. That what we do more of the time.

Can you show where the line routed to for that? Can’t seem to find the existing hose. Love the video!
Runs back behind the intake if you're looking at your engine it'll be right hand side on the cylinder 6 runner

Can i pass emissions after sap delete 02 sensor delete and tune ecu to ready?
I think so?? But I’m not for sure. I would assume so. This system is really only to help the startup temperatures
dude i actually have to do this myself
Easy to do! That’s why I do it. Especially if you have metal scraps laying around.
In my e46 with EURO spec once i delete this SAP will it come the yellow light on the dash? Someone say yes someone say no
Thanks

So lets say i block it of with the plate and plug the vacuum line and just delete the code every six weeks ?
Hello, what is the benefit of this procedure?
Less parts to break, loses weight and adds more room to the engine bay.
Would this mod pass emissions?
