Did I hear Nathan correctly he said this would pass emissions if I left the cat on? Deleting the o2 sensors and removing the sap will still pass with a cat? I will totally do this if that's the case.
I don't see how changing just the tune to the m54b30 one would bring the b25 up to b30 power levels. The amount of air the engine can breathe in doesn't change; the b30 has a longer stroke to take in more air which is the basis of its increased power. B30 also has bigger intake, injectors, and intake cam to support this. Some hardware mods would be needed to make the b25 engine flow better.
About ista-P and battery chargers, my understanding is you need an old school battery charger, the "dumb" kind that will put out a constant voltage. I heard this advice when using INPA to update the dme & egs on an e46 m54 engine (ms45.1). I used a 2/6 amp charger I bought back in the 90's.

My secondary o2 sensors are toast so I really need assistance. Thanks ! PS.. is this procedure deleting all 4 o2 sensors or only both ones after the cats ?
hey man, i got catless headers to replace my manifolds and i cant get the o2 sensors to reach the plug points, if i delete them without a flash will it doing anything, limp mode or will it just cause a check engine light
This guy is knowledgeable and talented no doubts about that. However I don’t appreciate you guys trying to promote the idea that he somehow owns the only license to information and knowledge and talent when it comes to BMWs. It definitely should not be free but he is not the only one capable of getting things done. At the end of the day he is doing business band trying to make it seem like no one else can do these things but him. It’s just a money making thing all around...he wasn’t born then suddenly had the knowledge...other people can learn...I’m sure he bricked a few modules before getting proficient. This is what america is about...figure it out in your garage...learn...mess things up ...fix something...then get a breakthrough. Don’t let anyone scare you to learn.
Because if you don’t do the timing chain guides right it will always have a misfire your not a bmw shop that does that day in and out so it’s not worth it for you to do it don’t get involved
I'm curious of what kind of tune I'd need for my e36 328i M52 automatic as I've deleted the secondary air pump due to installing a header but its emissions time and I need to clear the check engine light for the secondary air pump missing now and cat codes

the latter. it is the main point of the video. indeed, you can just code them out and keep them in.
