O also I make similar noodles when I want to bring back my appetite or when there’s nothing to eat. I add soy sauce, vinegar, (little bit of) water, sugar, and sesame oil- I mix the noodles in just like this and not braise it on a hot pan. Thin noodles r best and a good thing about my recipe is that u can add instant ramen noodles (cook the noodles without the powder sauce packet and drain, then combine the above sauce with noodles.) With the leftover powder sauce packet, I’ll use it in my fried rice with some eggs (and regular/ green onion if I have any) and it’s awesome!

Ugh I don’t get it, these noodles are not that easy to find and I’ve tried the pre-cooked ones and I don’t like the pre-cooked noodles. Somebody help 😢
