There’s a couple of daily gtrs around the uk that are running 1200/1600 bhp. The viper is going to be the all out champ tho soon I think or even 1 of the lambos
Underground racing actually recently ran 60-130mph in 2.31sec this gtr 2.37sec and UGR did 100-150mph in 1.82sec this gtr 1.92sec both fast but UGR is just faster and remember up top UGR pulls faster then any of these Gtrs unless its a 3100 to 4000whp Gtr like George dodworths monster.

That is absolutely irrelevant to what makes it a street car. It drives around with air con, power steering, full interior and runs over 2k horsepower. My mates one has 1600hp and drives like a stock GTR unless you give it stick. This isn't an American 'street car' with full tube chassis or a pro mod that no other country in the world would accept as road legal. This is the definition of a streetcar. Requires no proving.
So what’s that white vipers 60-130 time seemed to get out on the gtr and seeing a 4 mph difference top end could be very possible acceleration was better seeing the viper still crossed the line first

It's likely detuned for reliability and boost limited below a certain speed for the traction setup. Sometimes numbers lie.
