Crispy Potato French Fries Recipe | Easy Potato French Fries | Potato Snacks Recipe
Ingredients :
Egg french fries
Potato 3 medium size
Wash well
Dry on paper towels
2 eggs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Hot oil
Let it fry for 5 mins (meanwhile do not touch it)
Separate the fries
Fry for 10-12 mins until golden brown low flame

بالنسبة للطريقة بالعربية ناخد البطاطس نقطعها شرائح ثم نبللها بالماء و بعدها ننشفها بورق الطهي نضيف عليها بيضتين و (بأبريكا +ملح + كمون + فلفل اسود ) ثم نخلط ثم نضيف الدقيق الابيض نمزج الخليط و نقلييه في الزيت الساخن و تقدم بالصحة و العافية .
