I know what exactly you’re saying…❤ so true.. I am 42 years.. last 5-7 years and career went downhill due to bad health. But now it feels like I am starting my career again. When most of my friends are settled in career, I am like a learner. Last 1.5 years spend first half of every weekend in studying , everyday morning 1 hr per day.. cut down ott time, social media time partying or socializing. Learning clouds, Data sc., AI and kind of got addicted to these new stuffs.
That's very motivational. In my late 20s, I used to think with 7-8 years of experience, I'm pretty much set in my life 😂 I guess we gotta push our limits and keep learning with a beginners mindset irrespective of the no. of years of experience
I am 40 years , now want to start my career in IT. Is it good decision or not, i have nt worked in any job till now because of kids and responsibilities
Rightly said, Anand! "Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind then it doesn't matter" - Mark Twain💥 We tend to limit ourselves within the cuffs called age, which is the biggest problem.
It's like you have a thought microscope and analysing thoughts, doubts, confusion in my head 😂😂😂😂 Dont ever stop. We need folks like you more than you'd think.
Thank you sir for covering very realistic scenarios and issues that most of us face as per the age limit and family situations. My sincere thanks for your videos.
Thanks for your video, these suggestions are going to be game changer for many; I am 42 , however I have started already to deep dive into AWS cloud computing.
Thanks Anand for this brilliant video. You are absolutely correct. Every day learning will take us to great heights. Consistency + Action taking is the key.
Thanks for the lesson, Sir. I plan to learn storyboarding which is an essential skill for Instructional designer role. As you suggested I prefer to spend 15 min during night because of my working hours.
People want to grow in their careers but they want to remain in sweet spot of 8 hour sleep, people want to climb the ladder and not lose job while there is a recession, but they don’t want to upskill in technology and walk on the quest to become better version of themselves. We are a reason of how our story pans out, atleast show respect to the man that he is sharing such key pointers
This is a really stupid statement lol Human body recovers well only when you sleep for 7-8 hours, you will face more health problems if you sleep less like balding, black eye lids, poor heart health and so much more There is no point in working when it is affecting your health in such a huge degree
Hello sir you are the best and using very simple English in speaking. I am listening again and again videos but it's very difficult to note down all your sentences for practice so I am requesting to you if possible in description to read option available.... I think you are getting my point sir...
One thing you can do if possible. Use your travel time to listen to books use your car stereo. Most learning platforms provide that. One of my colleague with 4 kids in us used that time for Learning.
@@CareerTalk Your talks are so practical. My cousin is experienced into Electricsl and electronics engineering and has 8 plus years of experience. Now market is dry not finding jobs please suggest what to do in this situation.

Your videos are special because you inculcate practical life circumstances for people in different age groups and provide possible tested ways to approach professional challenges. It helps us understand our future view-point we will acquire as we get further on our professional journies and provides us an opportunity to have a perspective in place to have better understanding. Good video Sir , thankyou. Can you also share a video on IT related work we have some good /small companies in Tier 2 towns. Can you share an option for freshers / experienced professionals to explore IT related career in these Tier 2 towns. For example, in Trichy we have Vdart. N few BPO /KPO companies. Experienced ppl who want to go back to Tier 2 towns. & freshers mostly the ones &majority who are not yet placed after BE n struggling to find jobs .. they should explore all options available in these towns too.
Appreciate your concern. You are right 8 hours of sleep is important. As I said in the video, I study for 30 minutes either at night or early Morning. So I don't stretch myself at both ends :)
If one can do 2 hours per day then nothing like it. I said 2 hours per week learning for people who work 10 hours per day, are stuck 1 hour in traffic jams and have kids and parents to attend :) We need to get started somewhere. We can start with 2 hours per week and scale it up to 5 or 10.
