This decrease technique reminds me of a loom knit scarf I saw a photo of. The tutorial is in Turkish and doesn't translate well. It's a basic double knit scarf, in stockinette. The scarf starts out knitted as normal for a few inches, then, it's divided into three separate sections, each with the same number of stitches. After the separate pieces are knitted to the desired length, they're braided together, and then they're knitted all together again for another few inches to make this really neat braided scarf. I cannot for the life of me understand how this is done. From the one photo on this site, it looks like each of the sections has a slipped stitch in between, to separate them, but again, I can't figure out how this would be done. If you could help me figure this out I'd appreciate it! I can share the photo, it's such a cool looking scarf and I'd love to try it.
