As always a great professional job , we are starting a new shower makeover charging $ 6,900 special price since we sold a kitchen also , the customer pays for all material including duro rock , grout etc . We install doors fixtures etc , job will take we hope 5 days always something happens .
I am the CGC and have to pay about $ 5,500 for the tradesman , he makes more than the pilot of a 747 that fly's the President around but I don't have call backs and it is done right , he is now booked for two months .So many tile jobs here in Florida some because only a few use carpet.

Yes, most contractor are cheap> mainly because they dont know there true costs to stay in business, which most will not stay in business.
