Great question,
Yes the bathroom floor was including, this pricing model reflects most bathroom floors up to 60 square ft
Hey man nice shower . How much did the client spend on materials?
good question.I don't know.I would have to ask them.Should I?
It’s okay I was just wondering because I’m about to remodel my restroom
Dtileandremodeling yes, please ask. Knowing what it cost was a really nice touch in the video. Of course prices are different in every region but it’s still helpful to have a rough ballpark.
Michael Khalili Glad the video was helpful!
If you know the entire total for labor and materials was about 9k then how do you not know how to subtract what you charged for labor from that number?you do and just do not want to tell how much you charged for labor. Then want to be a smartazz to someone who is simply asking a very logical question. Stuff like that is why ppl lose business and views. I won't ever watch another one of your videos simply because of this reason. Which from your responses to questions, definitely shows you just don't care whether I do or not. Lol good day
Did I miss labor and materials cost? All I got is $9000.
I mentioned what I included in my price in the video
How much for walk in shower with four corner water drain

How do you go about charging for a shower pan?
just for the shower pan ?
Interesting here in Florida that job is priced at about 13,000 of course we are licensed and insured , a handyman most likely an illegal would charge $ 2, 500 , next sucker when it falls apart in 6 months .
No body in fl charge that price liar
@@marcopoulin1897 Actually the tile guys I use on the treasure coast charge me for a standard shower 5x3 about $ 6,500 for labor the customer pays for materials let's say $ 1,200 /1,500 the plumber pulls the permit pan liner installs diverter valve fixtures 2 trips about $ 1,500 a total 3 hrs work=$ 9,200 plus my profit that's on a small bath .
@@bobscruggs8886 you my sir are full of crap to put it politely
Damn i do a hell of a better job than him and only get about 2k!! And dont take 10 1/2 days maybe 6 tops including demo. I have to start charging more
2k just labor right? That means you only make about $35 - 40 an hour minus all your expenses, business overhead and taxes....At the end of the day you're making peanuts. I can make that as an employee with benefits and paid vacation. Not worth it bro. You should be charging at least around $75 -100 an hour. So at least $4k or more for labor to do this job if you can do it in 6 days.
Now a days in houston is hard everybody is supposed to be tile setters now and the freaking dumb clients always go with the lowest bid of course 6 or so month later they're calling you back to see if you can fix the horrible work those supposed setter made but as you understand those jokers charge so low that is impossible for me to raise my prices and get jobs i have to stay low because everyone else is doing it so cheap and i hate that i hate it so much i just broke a relationship with a 6 year contractor because he went with someone else because of that same reason and all of that is because of the pandemic i just hope by the end of the year it gets back to what it used to be
Same here bro, I do tile in la and most people want to pay 2k for these showers
@@pruneda95 You need to have your own clients to be able to charge top dollar. I avoid contractors, house flippers and cheap customers. You can't work for everyone. If you're not getting no's, then you're doing something wrong. You need to show value to be able to sell for premium retail prices. Not worth it to be in business doing cheap labor.
Good point. I am in Jersey. All areas rates will vary. I charge about 100 per hour for my self and more with a helper.
When someone comes home from work to been stand up on there foots 12hours 👣 all Day
why $9k? the material cost let say $1000 and you charge $8k for 2 days work. Wow not bad!! I would not hire you, this is a rip off!!
Good job by alex el tapatio channel
no way!
How much for just the labor?
Good question, What makes you ask ?
I am a pro tile installer specialized in showers., any kind type of shower, but i charge for that type of work but much better looking, would be around $4500.00 including my materials besides tile and glass doors
And this as well is why you have 100k views over a year instead of 1 million. Man ppl are just so crooked. Hopefully my few comments put some more money in your pocket because you are definitely going to need it before to long
Do you work in NY?
good question, what makes you ask ?
It looks like a rip-off tome to me...
