im a football freestyler and i need some cool lenses for cool pictures!
this will definitely step up my insta game
I shoot speaking events in a small venue (3-400 people if packed) on a regular basis and I've found that the canon 24-70 f/4 IS is absolutely amazing. I can keep the shutter at about 1/80 and get super sharp images, nice color, while also being able to zoom out to get the whole scene or a shot of the audience without switching lenses. I have also used a 50 mm 1.8 (not the sharpest lens around haha) and also the 70-200 f/4 L. really prefer the 24-70, mostly because of the IS. But maybe musicians jump around a bit more than the speakers, haha. Like your vids :)
Cheers for your comment Filip! I've not tried the 24-70 f4 - got the 24-70 f2.8 and the 24-105 f4 IS though. They're all great lenses - unfortunately f4 just isn't sharp enough for the dark dingey concert photography I tend to do. Even 2.8 is sometimes a bit of a struggle! James
