I looked up the recipe on his website and I think its from about 2016 which might explain why the cost seems a bit unrealistic, but you could easily split those kebabs and feed 6-8 people I reacon.. all that salad would totally stretch further than 4 ❤ I really appreciate the way he shows things, all the little tips that makes food doable, and less overwhelming ❤

Love how reasonable this is. I haven't tried it with garam masala I would usually add more spices to the meat. Going to give it a go. I like the diversity of this you could turn it in greek style with oregano or oriental style with coriander and Asian slaw.

@ it won’t be every day meal but he is insulting the entire middle east by using pork!! We don’t use pork as I’m sure you know. It has to be lamb or lamb and beef. He can use pork I don’t care but he should call it something else!! I hate when Jamie does play with authentic recipes like that.

Kek Kebab in the western hemisphere is definitely with pork, at least here in Austria. So no offense for the Arabs here i guess.
