Great video with good camera footage and well narrated with the odd funny. The one thing that I would draw peoples attention to, is the absolute need for walking boots and poles, which were deemed as not necessary by our young fit man Chris. Some of us aren't 21 anymore and not as fit and well balanced as we'd like. Those craggy rock sections are potential ankle breakers and the precipitous path climbing Outer Worm's Head needs the addditional support of good walking poles. One slip and you could be making friends with the seals! Other than that, it was a good video...I enjoyed it.

I'd echo the need for poles and boots if you are getting on a bit and /or not so sure footed as you used to be! The rocky bits are at a steep angle; you have to be careful not to turn an ankle.

Enjoyed your film very much Chris. As a now retired senior sea canoeing instructor / examiner some of your unusual drone filming of the 'Worm' brought back some amazing memories. For my recent 72 birthday I had a drone as a gift. At the moment getting used to it in Underhill Park, here in Mumbles. Had many ideas from your film as I know the Gower coast so well from my canoeing days and can't think of a more beautiful place to start. I will leave the trek out to the Worm to you. Da iawn ti. My first time in Wales and visited Worm Head although it was high tide, what a spectacular place.
Your video was first class and I would love to come back one day and do the same hike 👍👍👍

Dylan Thomas once ventured across as a child in the 1930s, but I think he must have forgotten about that 5-hour window between tides you mentioned. He later wrote of his terror of being stranded all day with just the fuming white breakers and a few gritty sandwiches for company!

Do the National Trust allow you to fly drones on their land? I thought you weren't allowed to as it causes disturbance to wildlife.
