For that price I would expect perfect angles and parallel tubing. I know 'cringe' is used a bit too often but that's precisely what I did when I saw the bends. It was difficult to look at and to know if I was someone who bought it and to sit there thinking, "I don't know how to fix this and I probably wont be able to or will want to return it". When it comes to stuff like this, it only reinforces my desire to learn how to do hard tubing because of how little I can count on a professional company to do it nowadays.
Built my first custom loop after watching many videos including this one. Mine is mostly the same components as shown. I did use blue dye in the liquid and think it looks great with the frosted tubes. One thing I found was that since you can remove and rotate the Corsair CPU block cover, there was no need to do the diagonal bend done in the pre-built system. I also find it difficult to completely drain the system with two rads in this config (had to do a partial break down after finding LEDs in GPU block didn't work due to loose cable that needed to be reattached). I used the last input plug as a dedicated drain tube and drilled a hole in the bottom of my case and piped the drain to that hole. But it requires lifting and rotating case to get fluid out of the whole loop. Looking to find a 3-way valve (not a 3-way Y fitting) to add to the output tube of the pump. That would allow me to close off the reservoir and force air through the loop so it can be drained without gymnastics. I loved my old 1070 where I was able to use an EVGA Powerlink to move power cables out of sight. Wish all cards had the same capability or designed like that from the factory.

I had that happen once and the motherboard had a voice output for faults and it said something about a boot failure due to cpu overclocking which was 100% incorrect. While the sloping tube looks funny, technically it’s correct to slope horizontal tubing. It appears to me the slope is upwards in the direction of flow which makes sense. It helps insure all air bubbles are moved along until they gather at the high point. It actually should be sloped at a steeper rate. About 1 in 12.

Good Lord that is beautiful! While I love my Alienware, mostly because you can get a 5 year FULL warranty, it is NOT even close to the level of this PC. Clearly the BEST custom PC you can buy from people that actually CARE about how it looks. I want one NOW! VERY nice job Origin!!!
Jay could you please talk about radiator placement in the Loop ? Here you have Pump -> Rad-> GPU -> CPU -> Rad. how would it compare to Cpu > rad > GPU > rad ? also isnt it better for water to go into CPU first ? because it has sharper spikes and is harder to cool-down? where as a GPU just slowly heats up and just makes a crap ton of heat ?

As for the PC, I am more of a black case guy but if I were to have water cooling in my machine, I would probably just get a professional prebuild like this one.
Redo the tubing the way you like it, and show them how its done.
How about just redoing it right to show them it can be done ......that looks horrible for a PC that costs that much.
Are you still planning on doing the 5000D airflow build? I've been really looking forward to it after your first video with the case
I bought my origin last June. Dropped about 3k on it. Full Corsair rig, it is absolutely beautiful and they have the best customer support.
I am a big big fan of that color combo. The black, the white, and the vapor wave colors are all my favorite. A build after my own heart lol
Jay, I’m glad you got that Spyderco out at the end. That tip down carry mess you started with was killing me. Let me know if you ever need knife advice!
Shabazz? Here!? Awesome. Just changed the scales on my bugout mini today haha.
I was wondering what the dollar store looking knife was, I'm glad I'm not the only one who was happy to see the roundhole come out.
@Marley Ishaan you made my day thinking about how sad your life is thatthe only way you can make money is like this, and even responding to your own posts with ghost accounts, lol im sorry your life sucks so much.

Someone is getting in trouble at Origin for that slanted tube.
Which one?
@@TheJoel0096 the one coming off (or into) the pump/res combo and the one along the top.
You know...
If Phil were ever to do a "how to shoot and edit B-Roll" video, I'd be on there like a miner on graphics card pallets.
Phil's got skilz.
The tubes not being parallel may lot be visually appealing, but it improves the performance of the cooling system
Thank you! I have seen some PC snobs that look down on prebuilt PC owners. I am glad you are not one of those PC snobs. Some of us don't have the physical dexterity to build there rig. I have CP and there ain't no way I would be able to do a system like that. I can still remember having to call a buddy when I bought memory for my Packard Bell back in the day because after hours for trying I just could not do it.
Good to know you love your pipes straight Jay! Good to know!
where his ends, mine bends
POV: You already read the comments before he opens it and know that the tubing is messed up 😔

All white builds are getting almost as over done as o11 builds. I miss seeing bold contrasting colors in people's builds

I have built a number of my own PC's. But given the current market I think getting a system like this will probably be something I will be looking at. Thanks for doing this video, it gives me additional information to use in selecting a vendor and PC. Also, I could not agree more that there is just something fun about putting together a system and turning it on the first time and watching it boot up. Thanks again for the videos.

Finally someone who reviews a hard line version of the liquid cooling. I feel like most people always get the soft tubing.
Origin/Corsair giving NZXT a run for their money with looks/quality in their pre-builts.
That thing is 2-syllable "DAYUM" gorgeous! Kinda reminds me of some ultra-futuristic space station, super sterile but somehow warm and inviting.

OK, even if this was my 1st DIY build with watercooling i would still redo the terrible bends...atleast the gpu tube. If i ordered one, I would return it instantly after unboxing, for that much money im expecting perfection tbh (EU laws ftw)

I can't wait to see the JTC version you were planning. Especially in comparison to this Origin build. I'm currently running a 4000D Airflow and love the amount of air my case moves. Temps are lovely. Awesome stuff ya'll!
Top tip for Origin when they send out a product to a reviewer. Don't halfarse the bends and tubes, especially at the premium they want for it.
The price they charge for their computers is absolutely absurdly high
Well they also have some of the best customer support and warranties and stuff.
Makes me want to start a UA-cam channel in the hopes of getting amazing beautiful pc's lol
"I was going to do this EXACT COMBO!!"
So do it, and then we can see how to build our analogue to the Origin PC you just showed us!
another vote. This is the build I want. Linus just did an all white build that was amazing too, but he didn't have frosted tubes . ouuuuuu so frosted.....
It's amazing how grayscale this is. I look at the PC at 5:20, and it looks like the whole video is in grayscale. Then I look at Jay and see all his colorful lighting behind him and it looks like there's a snapshot of the past sitting on the table with the color scheme, yet it's a super modern PC that looks absolutely beautiful.
Hats off to Phil. That transition and clip was insane.

Thanks Jay. I now have a new vision of what my perfect PC looks like. This is absolutely stunning. Round of applause to Origin and corsair. The only thing I would have done different is used a rog strix white motherboard. 👍👍👍👍👍

I wonder if the slanting on the tubes helps with draining the system.
Optimistically builds dream PC on Origin, views total at end, go back through to reduce dreams, get to total at end, repeat until all that is left is t-shirt... out of my size
Are you a bot or did you have a stroke?
If I had forked out the money for that I would be pissed royally
Sad to say, even my recent soft tube build looks better than this :S
Wouldn't doubt you
Really like the way this computer looks. I would love to own one just like this.
Totally agree with the tubing being at random angles. Paying for a premium service should result in receiving a premium product. That looks like an enthusiast's first try.
My dumb brain forgetting I can’t afford this me like buy where
Buy the pc at origin
Another free rtx 3090..I swear I'm watching another man drown while I'm over here in the sahara desert dying of thirst
He, in my country there is stock but the rtx 3090 costs four thousand dollars, not quite the budget option XD
That's what being famous is about pretty much
Stop being a shill for Origin. The case it came in was assembled better than this PC.
He should have ripped them for the tubing. He was way to nice about it. This isn’t a $1500 system.
Good Lord that is beautiful! While I love my Alienware, mostly because you can get a 5 year FULL warranty, it is NOT even close to the level of this PC. Clearly the BEST custom PC you can buy from people that actually CARE about how it looks. I have bought 6 computers from Alienware that ALL have cost over $5,000, but I think it's time to actually support a builder that actually earns the premium price I can pay for a high-end PC. I want one NOW! VERY nice job Origin!!!
I like this case more everytime I see it in a video.
Honestly, with how bad these tubes are done, I'd rather have soft tubing
The fact that the tubes not running 100% horizontal/vertical and in parallel to each other really annoys me.

My 660 with a dead fan kept dying last summer. Sold some investments and paid way way too much for a genesis full nonsense build but I am very very very excited.
