I love these ride along videos. Watching your videos made me go ahead and buy my Tri Glide. I had been looking and trying to decide. I found your channel and went ahead and pulled the trigger. My wife and I love it!

Thanks for the ride a long Ed! I'm hopin to get my '21 Trike out this week . . . IF it'd stop raining long enuff for the roads to dry off, lol!
Your Walmart story reminded me of a trip to test ride a brand new '19 Indian Roadmaster. The dealership was well over an hour away and when I asked bout a test ride the sales rep said come on over. I told him . . . WE . . . the WIFE and I would be over. Btw, It was really the wife that wanted an Indian. Long story short, when we got there and signed in, I asked for a second helmet for the wife . . . and was promptly informed that she wouldn't be going along. I took off my helmet, gathered her behind me, walked out, got into our new Lincoln . . . and went out and bought another Harley! Pretty as that Roadmaster was, that day I "dusted MY feet off" of THAT dealership!

Ron you sound just like me. I'd done the exact same thing especially when the bride really wants it and they said no! Yep, dust the shoes off and never step back in there for sure. Take care Ron and ride safe, Ed

Thanks for the ride along. I've had back surgery and taller pullback bars and rider backrest has really helped me ride farther/longer. Good investment for us "chrome" haired riders. Blessings to you and yours.

Thanks for the ride Ed and the commentary. Lived out here in Commiefornia too long. Have to keep my hearing aids turns off or I go crazy with all the foolishness spread around here. I retired 12/31/2021, last grandson graduates HS in May and I'm going back to Bristol for my Sisters 60th birthday. Will stay and ride the hills until it gets too cold then I find some place warm to live. Got a ticket in Boones Mill in 1975. Should have stayed on the 58 going to Grandma's instead of chasing a girl that lived in Hollins. Got 10in bars on my Tri Glide. They make a world of difference. Ride safe.

Hello Clyde. So you definitely understand when I say Boones Mill was(and is) a speed trap. But I would have chased the girl too :-) You take care Clyde and ride safe. Respectfully, Ed

New England Biker, my bride and another couple(kin) rode up to Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Canada in 2018(I think..?) as leaf peepers. It was early Oct. and what a beautiful time of the year. A beautiful area of this great country. We were gone for 11 days and we were in our 4 wheel vehicle. Take care, Ed

Sure enjoy your ride along videos. I went ahead and put 12 inch hangers and a Legends lift kit and what a difference in handling and ride comfort. Only a couple short rides as the weather here in Indiana is not being very cooperative. Looking forward to putting some miles on and seeing just how much of a difference they make. Looking forward to your next video.

I appreciate you watching Jeff. It was a chance of frost here in the mountains of SW Virginia this morning an the temps will be in the low 50's all weekend. But starting Monday the temps will be in the mid to upper 70's...thank goodness. Have fun but ride safe Jeff. Take care, Ed

Hey Ed I appreciate you brother sounds like you and I are cut from the same cloth. I would have done the same thing as you except I probably would have left the fire stick there just because of the principal. My wife call me hard headed also so I know where you are coming from. I appreciate your videos, since I am 63 I relate to your content well. I have a Roadking that I put a mechanical reverse and trike kit on because of arthritis and disc issues causing back problems. Keep gliding brother.

I appreciate you watching my videos Keith. Trust me I almost left it at the store but I figured with the price of gas, and I was on my 4Runner the day I bought the stick it would have cost me an extra $20 in gas to ride to Best Buy in Roanoke so the extra cost wasn't cost effective. Still makes me about half mad to think about it though. Have fun but ride safe Keith. Respectfully, Ed

I have 10” bars on my TriGlide and it helped my neck and shoulders. And helped the handling and turning.

Greg we went to UA-cam TV and the main reasons were we get our local news channels and it has the ACC network. I like to watch VT football. Also no contract it's a month by month deal. We also dropped our landline phone at the same time. It take a little getting use to but after a few weeks things level out again. Take care Greg.

Good afternoon brother Ed and thank you for another great ride. You inspire me every time I watch your videos. To the extent that last week I actually strapped the GoPro that my wife got me onto my helmet and went for a ride. The first time I ever filmed a ride and it was fun. I’m gonna start doin that regularly as soon as I can figure out how to add my audio into the video. Without the audio it’s kinda boring without some sort of commentary about where I’m riding. I hope you don’t mind me asking, but how do you go about inserting your voice into your rides? Thank you and safe travels to you sir.😎

Hey Rick first off which GoPro did you get? I have a Hero 8 Black that my kids got me last year. With the Hero 8 I had to get the adapter that plugs into the GoPro. I got the adapter and microphone on Amazon. Here is the description of the adapter and microphone and the current cost on Amazon:
GoPro 3.5mm Mic Adapter cost: $47.45
Ninge Replacement Microphone 3.5mm Game Mic cost: $9.99
Also I ride with a modular helmet when I'm doing a video.
      Hope this helps brother.
      Take care, Ed

Hey Ed while I'm thinking about it, what are you using for your camera and mic? I am thinking about doing some minor vlogging and am looking at the gopro stuff and also the dji action something or other but just don't want to spend so much money! What do you use that you find works well and gives good audio as well? Thank Ed

Morning Kevin. I have a GoPro 8 Black. Also the microphone I use I got on Amazon but I can't find the exact one I use. It was less than $15.00 but here is the description I just found on Amazon on one that looks very similar: Ninge Replacement Microphone 3.5mm Game Mic Boom - Compatible with PDP Afterglow AG 6 Wired Xbox One PS4 Gaming Headset,Turtle Beach Ear Force XO ONE Stealth 420X Recon 320 Z60. With the GoPro Hero 8 Black you have to have the GoPro Microphone adapter and here is the description on Amazon: GoPro Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter for (HERO8 Black/HERO7 Black/HERO6 Black/HERO5 Black) - Official GoPro Accessory. This is what I use Kevin. I hope this helps and I look forward to seeing some of your videos in the future. As far as editing software I use Movavi Video Editor Plus 2022 edition. Hope this helps. Take care, Ed

Ooohhhh....I would say I understand but I'm old. I just looked again at the website and the first thing seen(as I searched the "stick" I was going to purchase) and it showed it at $39.00.... but it also showed the same thing at $49.00 further across the photos.

I washed my hands of Walmart 2 years ago and their China junk.
We shop hometown businesses on food and any other things we need.
