The Ferrari's both have Manufacturer plates meaning they were owned by Ferrari themselves.

FYI the Fords Max and Christian are driving are actually the "Lightning" version which means its electric. I also believe their worth quite a bit more. Also, Chevy and Caddy are both the same manufacture being under the GM brands

@@TheWolfandreptile Chevrolet and Cadillac aren't manufacturers, they are "brands". GM is the manufacturer and they build those vehicles in the same factory in Texas.

The only F1 driver that lives in Miami is Lecrec, so naturally, he drove his own car to the track, the rest of them flew in for 4 days, and drove corporate sponsored cars.

I did want a few weeks ago.
Daniel's and Yuki's Acura plates are California "DST" plates. Which distribution plates used to prototype and new built cars. It can be transferred from one care to another. It has a generic registration that’s transfers with the plate.
Technically, Chevy/Chevrolet and Cadillac ARE the same manufacturer. Cadillac is General Motors/GMs luxury car division. It's no different than Toyota/Lexus or Honda/Acura.
They’re not the same manufacturer, they’re both just under GMs umbrella.

Terradyne are canadian-built armored vehicles for civilians and law enforcement. Popular in places like south africa where people have money but the neighborhood can be a bit sketchy. You likely saw one here because their US headquarters and dealership is in Miami. (Go to the Opa Locka or Liberty City neighborhoods and you might understand why. Mogadishu in the heart of Miami)
The word Gurkha comes from Nepal 🇳🇵 they are a elite fighting unit in the British Army, amazing soldiers and great people. That's why that crazy mean looking truck has Gurkha in the name. Fun Fact.
Try paying £6.40ish for normal E10 petrol in the UK £6.60 for E5 premium £6..50 for a gallon of diesel , our fuel isn't as expensive as it was before we left the EU now alot more countries in Europe pay more than we do in the UK.
That's way cheaper than here in The Netherlands.

Max is driving a Lightning F150, the electric version. Horner’s doesn’t look to have the Lightning badge. The Lightning is much higher price than the standard SXT

Well, Blue Ras ( Ferari ) md Podium.
Ferrari North America is headquartered in englewood cliffs NJ hence the plates. Same with Honda and California.
The Ferrari plates are "DTM Plates" These are the purview of any vehicle manufacturer. Three that I can think of easily in New Jersey; all based there. BMW N.A., Mercedes Benz and Ferrari. The later being located on Rt. 9W in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
As a generality with the N.J. DTM plates; It's a hierarchical ranking. The #44 is Ferrari cars N.A. the sub #22 is the ranking.
We see DTM (Now also with an "N", needed more?) plates all the time. In general # 44-01 DTN, would be the president of Ferrari N.A., BMW N.A. and so forth...
The picture of the Ferrari gathering in the hills is likely at the "corral" up at Lime Rock Park in Connecticut.

The McLaren guys make a lot of sense. Arrow-McLaren use Chevy engines in Indycar so they are just promoting the partnership.

A Z51 C8 Corvette is around $75,000 and does 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds 😬 ...just in case a 296 is too expensive.

You can't just buy any model of Ferrari they offer. In order to be approved to purchase a new model you usually have to buy an older model or a less popular model from a dealer and own it for a year before Ferrari will consider you worthy of the best.
Gatekeeping your own product to make it more exclusive and therefore more desireable - human ego and vanity take care of the rest...clever marketing strategy.

We complain about fuel prices because we drive almost 3x as much as Europeans per day. :)
That really depends on where you live and how far you commute. Also kinda hard to complain when you're in a giant SUV that gets 15 mpg. TBH it probably evens out in the end.
And you feel like the vehicle you drive has to be the biggest on the road, for no good reasons.
