My father owned 6th Street Market in the 1950's. Great memories seeing this video. Glad it's alive and well! Thank you.
Oh my family shopped there. Your mom would give me licorice while my mom shopped. I always drive by when I'm in Ashland many memmories.
I love how the stores all help each other out. That is how it should be.
beautiful, humans are wonderful
Beautiful production , this channel is gold ! The stories, the shots, the food, all just beautiful . Thank you ! And thank you to all who dedicate themselves to run these lovely unique places. I hope these videos get extra recognition in the future

Sad six street is no longer with us😥

The delta diner bacon was the absolute best!!
Looks like a road trip to Delta Diner is in order in the future, greetings from Schofield, WI.✌️
Luke and the Production Team are hitting it out of the park every week - but this episode takes the cake! I am SO excited to see the North Woods getting some love. One can't get too much further north than Ashland (Superior, Red Cliff, and Bayfield maybe?). The Delta Diner is only an hour from my cabin and is now a MUST stop location this coming summer. Thank you Wisconsin Foodie for taking that trip up North! Hope you return soon :D
Todd's Delta Diner has some of the best food in the Northland! A trip to his place is truly an experience!

Sugar and Spice diner in Cincinnati Ohio👍👍👍
A "diner" that only serves hamburgers one day a week?? We'd LOVE to stop when we're up north this fall but you're closed the middle three days of the week.
Ella's the best
Too much slow motion, music too loud. Otherwise a nice video.it’s too bad about the 6th street market they had great meat.
Uh... is this the Jeff Bezos of the diner-scene. Cheers!
Recipe Police here reporting for duty👮♂️✌️🚨🚓 6th Street Market gets their wholesale beef from Texas and California..... I wouldn't say "that's exactly local" 🤔🤔🤔
So where do you think any store gets there beef???? I worked this field for 35 years. It comes from all over. The key is how you market your products. See you shopping....
Sad sixth street isn't with us
more a high cholesterol life you might see a shorter life but probably satisfying?
i was a short order diner cook for years... merely tip your grill a bit and cook your eggs on the high side and let the fat run to the side where you cook your burgers... you may be a diner fan Todd, but you know nothing about diner cooking
If anyone wants to see a LEGENDARY diner cook in action, check out "Line Cook Spider"... trust me!
Nice diner, never had a chance to eat there, way too draconian on their mask mandate, we eat at our local restaurants that don’t require masks, it’s a shame that the owners are doing this. We’re only about 50 miles from them or so.
What a stupid comment. Are you upset that those other restaurants that require shirts and shoes. Everyone hates the masks. But to not eat at a place that asks you to wear a mask for a short time is so dumb. I assume you wear your blaze orange into the woods during hunting season. Big bad government did that for your safety and you have no problem following it.
Better to appear ignorant than to open your mouth and dispel any doubt.
the type he is talking to tends to be ill-informed Leftists so the mask shows their ideology leanings.....a paper mask for a virus is like a chain link fence against mosquitoes......it might catch larger droplets during a cough or sneeze but NOT the virus during normal breathing.....it also ELEVATES your level of CO2 and builds up toxins on the inside of the mask fairly quickly as well as reducing your oxygen percentages in your blood
