- Lots of times, a little machine is just too small to be of any serious value to work- but I use this little trailer often and likely for way more than its manufacturer has intended to use it for too. I’ve lost a race to the weather- I’m paying for it today. Winter has settled in.
I like it. 😎
It's been a fantastic education following your journey this last year. Thank you so much. God's blessings to you and your family from Andy and Carron in Scotland xx
I know I've said this many times before...I LOVE THAT GRAPPLE TRAILER SETUP. Merry Christmas Jeff!
Merry Christmas to you as well Derek!
Have a Merry Christmas to you and your wife. Good video on the log cart with lift.
Merry Christmas to you as well!
Nice operation, equipment surly makes the difference when you’re a one man operation.
Stay dry and warm, May you and your family have a happy, healthy and safe Christmas and New Year.👍TCT
Thanks Tony! Merry Christmas to you and yours as well.
Tony, it absolutely does. It makes the process a lot more enjoyable as well.
Another awesome video! You’ve got a great setup! Merry Christmas !
Thanks Sandy! Merry Christmas to you and yours as well!
All the best, Jeff and Leslie.
Thanks for keeping some reserve videos for this slow season! All the best, really enjoy your content.👍👍👍👍👍
Now THAT is a setup. Happy holidays brother, keep cuttin'!!
Merry Christmas Travis!
good job
Winter has definitely set in. Great showcase of how capable smaller equipment can do so much. 😎👍
More snow tomorrow! We’re actually going to have a white Christmas! Merry Christmas Tommy!
@@thelogfather5002 merry Christmas to your family from ours.
That timber trailer is a handy tool. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Merry Christmas Russ.
That timber trailer is really nice, that’s on my wish list. I can’t believe you don’t mill 6 inch logs, Sandy would be horrified 😂. I feel like you’re trying to saw the log stops off when you get that small.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Sandy makes the most of the logs he harvests- to be honest, I mill everything I cut myself- but when I buy them, I’m fussier than I would be otherwise. Merry Christmas to you as well!
You should adjust your pressure on that boom to make your action more smooth.
I wish it were that easy! It’s got a set of all or nothing cheap valves- I’m planning to upgrade it someday. Low on my priority list. Have a merry Christmas. Jeff.
Everything looks better with snow.
So much cleaner! I love it.
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas Brian!
Thanks for producing interesting videos! I have to ask, why don't you sacrifice two cross logs on the bottom of your log pile so they don't freeze to the ground? You said that was the reason for moving them so they wouldn't freeze to the groung and be in the way of your snowplow.
When they get to their final destination in the pile, they have crib bunks under them. That location is just where the truck drops them off that’s convenient and quick for him. Have a merry Christmas! Jeff.
Good one. Neat tools. Can you slow the engine down on the loader trailer engine to slow the hydraulics. ?
Those leaning towers of power don’t say Dodge on them. 🤭🤭
Have a great Christmas and New Year. 🎄🎄👋👋
If I slow the motor down too much, it’ll stall- it’s much easier to control when it’s hooked to my tractor. I had a few 225 SuperSixes in my day! Great engine. Merry Christmas to you and yours, from me and mine! 😂
Any stress fractures at the mount?
Not at the boom mount- I broke the spine in two before- I have a video on replacing it with a much more substantial piece of steel.
What is the fought cost for the trailer and grapple setup? How much weight can it manage?
Fought cost… not sure what you mean? Freight cost maybe? Rough cost? I paid a few years ago around $10500 Canadian for it. The grapple is rated for 350kg at half reach and the trailer is rated for 1500kg. Thanks for watching! Have a wonderful Christmas, Jeff
That loader can really lift my tractor has all it can to lift ibc tote full of green oak.
can you post the part number of that log hauler. its not listed on their website that i can find.
4WMOTO350
What is the manufacturer's recommended loading capacity of the trailer?
Lift capacity is 350kg at half reach- and load capacity of 1500kg.
I want that Crane for my own trailer So bad and can't seem to find 1 for sale anywhere......?
I looked a long time before I ended up buying a new one. They’re out there, but you’ve got to be patient. Merry Christmas! Jeff.
@thelogfather5002 Do they sell brand new loaders with the power packs without the trailer?
Cool unit, I've been chatting with NorthForest about their processor. Have you heard of them? Curious on your thoughts. Cheers 🍻🪵🌴🚜
I haven’t seen one in the flesh- I suspect it’s about the same as the Range-Road.
