The G17 is contact adhesive, which is flammable. Something similar is available locally in most regions of the world. The Eco Stick 1816B should not be flammable so available for shipping.
I prefer gluing edges with a toothpick. It puts down a fine leather. A wide glue line is not necessary for prepping edges that will be stitched. The less glue used the better.
I pour the 1816b in a airtight glass 500ml jar... So no wastage 👌.. I bought 5litre container from INDIA... It covers 75-80% more area than rubber adhesive

Is it possible to buy water-based contact adhesive as a powder and mix with water as needed?
