I can attest to everything Seth said--we were out-of-state during the searching/buying process and he held several Zoom calls with us, sent in-depth home reports when requested, and sent video of the surrounding neighborhoods that we were seriously considering. Ultimately, he secured the perfect home for us--and we bought it sight unseen with complete confidence due to Seth's visits to the home, historical searches, working with the selling agent, being present during the home inspection (highly recommend Cyril for inspections!), and consistent communication with us. We couldn't be happier!

Hey Seth, love the videos you guys are doing, any chance you could dive a little deeper into land use/development guidelines or restrictions like you mentioned here? I know it's a pretty complex issue from the state level all the way down to individual cities, and that conservation seems to be the overall guiding principle. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Hi, each county has zones. Each zone allows or disallows certain things(what you can and can't put, or can or can't build on your property). This will be different for each county making it very complex. All of the info can often be found within the county's website (here is Clatsop - www.clatsopcounty.gov/landuse/page/zoning-land-use-regulations) or can be found be speaking to the planning department. We can show you how to look these things up or, most people will send us a property or an area they'd like to own a property and we'll dig into the zoning.

I am a plumber currently living in utah,we moved here over 4 years ago and my wife hates it,I would love to live next to the coast in Oregon,as a plumber could I find work on the coast? and not have to live near the bigger cities,I don't want to live anywhere near Portland

We have a shortage of home service providers. Many plumbing companies have told me they are looking for work over the past few years. Rates have gone up, probably more than any other home service profession too.
