Artec Axle Armor at MOAB EJS

Reporting from Easter Jeep Safari. We are at the Artec Industries tent. We have researched their axle armor systems already and found them to be the most complete and simplest design available. Their truss systems eliminate the need for sleeves by connecting the tube to the diff. We have installed their armor kit on Black Betty in a driveway with no prior knowledge of installing a truss. We love the LCA Skids. They will save your neck offroad if you slide off a rock and it hits your LCA mount. Your truck is a lot of weight landing on thin steel when a rock hits that mount and once bent, you are walking home. Its a low hanging weak spot and is very easily damaged. We dropped the LCA mount on a rock in MOAB. Thank god we had the skid plates installed!
