To make it clear, some people have disabilities and need a wheelchair, but they can walk without it. Like with chronic fatigue or chronic pains I believe.
If i'm correct he was wheelchair bound for a while due to his car crash. He has back injuries but was able to learn how to walk again. (Please correct me if im wrong) If I'm correct though, I feel like he could've still been a really respected gamer. He could've explained that he used his wheelchair because its easier to get around due to his back injuries instead of lying and saying he was wheelchair bound, since some dont get that. Either way his story of "I'm wheelchair bound" was very clearly a lie and a money grab.
thats true but all of this could’ve been avoided if the dude was just completely honest with fans, people aren’t dumb, they know wheelchairs aren’t always 24/7 but the dude gave zero impression that was the case
@@naruto_bae7508 He definetly could have come up with a more believeable story to fit what actually happened but you dont get up and strut around that quickly if you are still using a wheelchair he'd have moved much slower and probably made some kind of grunt sound or something but he tried to pull the i fell when we saw him get up and walk for a second. You would have thought he would have given some kind of update saying hes improving and able to move around a little and overtime people would have believed him and he could be still going to this day but he just went from zero to hero basically on his health. Maybe he just drank a super recovery potion or something and it cured him who knows xD
I have a wheechair as I cannot walk more than 20 metres. Stems from a spinal condition that started in my mid 30s (old as fck here). I sometimes limp due to the pain that runs down both my legs, however some times are worse than others. I've had comments like "I thought you needed a wheelchair?" and "oh your walking better, are you fixed now?". Chronic pain and chronic illness is real, and those comments hurt. Great vid dude.

He very clearly knew how to walk & and wasn't in pain like your experience, he probably went through something as well but lied for fame and money. i just watched the joedaddy video and omg, you can’t understand most of what is being said but the girl’s screams r truly heartbreaking. even if she did cheat being beaten and r-ped isnt ever okay. it didn’t even sound like he was mad, he was more just mocking her and enjoying her pain. and her screams at the end are the worst. its so evident that she is being r-ped. i feel for her. i hope she doing better now.

It definitely sounded like assualt. Especially her saying "don't put it in" or "get off of me" her screams were also muffled while the tone of her voice went lower to higher. Like a thrusting motion? I'm disgusted, this lady was definitely assualted and abused. And as sad as it is they always get away with it. Hearing the audio made me speechless.. The person recording was also laughing at the whole thing saying "this is funny" I'm so angry that this sicko isn't in prison and has multiple chances to make new victims. I really hope she got out of there.

I have some respect for Artrioch for immediately recognizing what he did was wrong, owning up to it, and taking steps to fight deepfakes for real.
He didn’t recognize what he was doing wrong when pulling out his credit card, buying the deepfakes, and keeping them up on his WORK computer.

In his quest to stop deepfakes, he's gonna end up looking at a lot more deepfakes.
As a woman, I do not "respect" him for coming to terms with his guilty actions. He did what ANY person SHOULD have done, which is go "we should end this creepy, violating porn!" AFTER revealing himself to be a part of the problem, just to cover his ass! If he cared so much about deepfake porn, he should've been taking down those websites *first* instead of paying for and watching deepfake porn of his COWORKERS. That is SUPER gross; nobody needs to SEE the porn first in order to take it down.
Thanks to him, female streamers have a new fear which has been proven to be REAL and sickening. He's part of the reason women can't feel safe in the public eye.
Good on him for actually making an effort to undo what has been done, but he will NEVER undo the violation these women have suffered through.
@@nomoretwitterhandles This. I was the biggest Atrioc fan for years, once this came out, I could not support him in any way. The damage control he's doing seems so forced and fake, because you know he would've never gaven a shit about doing anything about deepfakes if he wasn't caught. The fact that he had his wife come on stream to vouch for him too will always be absolutely vile and twisted to me. I couldn't imagine putting my wife in that situation.

In regards to Zilian, he made some really good points as to why he never lied. He had photos of him months prior to even beginning streaming where he was out with friends in a wheel chair. He never claimed he couldn't walk, he just said he needed to use a wheelchair. I've been in that situation, I had a problem with balance for about 6 months, and walking was incredibly difficult so I spent a majority of my time in a wheelchair. I didn't "need" the wheelchair, but it definitely made things a hell of a lot easier.
I can't say for certainty that it was all fake, but I'm willing to believe that he didn't lie about it. Just maybe didn't tell the whole story.
While him lying about "falling" at first might seem like evidence of his guilt, I personally think he lied about it because wheelchair awareness is so low. Not many people understand that anyone might need a wheelchair, as wheelchairs aren't only for people who are paralyzed from the waist down. Some physical disabilities simply make walking/moving harder, and lots of people who use wheelchairs are perfectly capable of walking a little bit. He most likely lied about "falling" out of his wheelchair because, at the time, he might've felt like people would think he's a faker no matter *what* he said. Though, in retrospect, being honest about it from the start would've been the best move.

I think Atrioc is a great example of what to do when you do something wrong. Genuinely regret and reflect on your actions and put time and energy into making things as right as you can.

If anything, people simply respect him because he didn't try to hide his stupid decision and he stepped up and decided to help those to take deepfake porn of them down, something he should've done from the beginning instead of paying for it.

I listened to the audio of the last case you mentioned. You're spot-on. That's definitely S/A; I won't explain in detail because I'm not putting your viewers through that but everyone just know, yes, something was up, especially from the script and the audio, and there should have been further investigation into this.

I won’t personally be watching anymore but theres no reason to keep dragging the dude. He’s put an insane amount of money towards helping people and whether its damage control or not, it has revolutionized deepfake removal software far beyond what it was capable of.

@@colin2316 He did a 6 month update and if you haven't seen it I'd suggest giving it a watch even if you dont think it'd change your mind. He's kinda been outrageously succesful not only with getting stuff taken down but finding ways to do it faster and cheaper, and also making things so hard that it's made some deepfake "artists" quit all together. Alot of work done that honestly wouldn't need to be done if that's all he wanted to do was draw attention away, expecially with proof that he had only visited the website once. Not tryna change your mind, just provide an update with new info to consider

In defense of Zillion he was actually disabled with some mobility and then as years progressed he got better. Disabilities come in different forms, visible and invisible but in this situation I think he just froze and panicked.
To argue that, it's disingenuous to have everyone think you can't stand and get donations for that, without explaining the situation that you are working towards being able to walk. It comes off as using the issue for money rather than to help.
Yeh but you can’t present yourself as confined to a wheelchair and knowingly profit from people’s sympathy and present yourself as disabled. He didn’t explain his situation and he even admits this. He clearly knew that it was better for business with him being in the wheelchair. I don’t think he’s a terrible person, he actually seems like a pretty chill dude, but I still don’t think think he’s fully took accountability for what happened. Even to this day he’s often just giving excuses as to why the situation was misconstrued rather than just admitting that he was being disingenuous.
Regardless of whether he was at one point confined to the wheelchair, he was clearly at the point he was very capable of walking around and didn’t need to constantly use his apparent status as a disabled person for attention.
@@davidfairweather3301people are getting donations anyway no matter what they do, no matter what situation they are in. if i streamed right now and had a reasonable amount of viewers, i'd get donations too just because im streaming and i literally wouldnt have anything to offer. people are sleeping while streaming and still getting paid. i really don't give a damn about a person using his disability to get paid. what i am saying is the viewers only want to see their names on the screen or hear their names mentioned. they are dumber than i think if they get offended when they find out that this guy used his disability to get some money off of bunch of randoms on the internet meanwhile they see no problem at all donating to a guy or a girl literally sleeping.

I remember watching the atrioc situation unfold before my eyes. It was so interesting to see how everyone handled it.
Anything wrong that someone has done can be redeemed, everyone makes mistakes, and everyone can change. Seeing people speak about what he did like they have never done anything wrong in their life drives me nuts. Like if you make a major mistake, but dont realize its a mistake until its done damage, then thats a learning experience that will make you a better person in the end. All humans make mistakes, and all humans have some fucked up thoughts and urges sometimes. I think hes prolly an awesome dude in real life, and dealing with the situation right after the moment it happened is commendable, out of all the people who speak of him like hes an irredeamable devil, i can guarantee most of them wouldnt take accountability and put in effort to change in the same situation.

Congrats on getting started at Kick! I don't think I personally will ever use the service because the higher ups at the company don't seem to be the types of people I would want to support, but it's good to have competition in the streaming space as it forces twitch to get their ass in line and stop fucking around with the lives of content creators by releasing and then backtracking on terrible policies every 3 months.

Just an overall distasteful guy in my opinion, and Twitch did more to stop him including banning him for how hateful and anti-Semitic his chat was getting.

Yeah Dell0r has a good heart but definitely has some mental health issues that his chat takes advantage of. I’m glad he took the steps to get diagnosed for his illnesses and is making steps to improve his life all while still making a living as a streamer. He definitely still rages but it’s a lot less frequent and not nearly as bad thankfully.

atrioc situation is so upsetting and i dont think he should be forgiven, something similar happened at my school where nudes of girls were edited and leaked, i knew of at least 3 girls who had killed themselves - it hurts to see how many people forgive him

zilianop's situation was a big misunderstanding. also, i wouldn't get your information from sunnyv2. sure, some of his videos are entertaining, but he's had bad information, or just straight up misinformation in some of them. he also has a hard time remaining unbiased. there's nothing inherently wrong with that in itself, but it becomes a problem when you're using his videos for solid information.

what artrioc did was so harmful. i watched female streamers get harassed and degraded on twitter, as well as in their very own twitch chats. i genuinely thought there was nothing he could do to make it up to any of the streamers. but i was pleasantly surprised. he actually handled the situation incredibly well. i wasn't impressed by his words or weird apology, but i was thoroughly touched by his actions. also, if the streamers harmed by his actions forgive him, there is no reason why others shouldn't tbh
also forgot to mention that one twitter account that got suspended that was sending all of the images to the streamers' friends and family claiming they were real?? genuinely _insane_ behavior. so fking disgusting. i'll never forget how many people objectified and harassed them. 🤢

Great vid but the Dellor "gamer-word" situation happened before he blew up as a streamer. And dellor wasn't 'excusing' his actions, he was just explaining the factors that led up to that situation, plus dellor said himself that he deserved the punishment he got. If he was actually making excuses he would have explained the factors that led up to the gamer-word situation and justified his behavior based on those factors (which he didn't do). Only complaint about the vid. Good video.
