My horse was chief, I would highly recommend requesting him if you like a steady, smooth trot!

Would like to hear the narrative of the ranch but the music overwhelms the narrator til u can't hear him.Sound needs to take a back seat to the person speaking.

Having filmed over 60 amazing guest ranches, the transformational change in people is amazing to watch. Guests arrive on a Sunday and start to panic, no cell service, no internet (sometimes slow internet at the main lodge), no TV, they're gonna die. By Tuesday, they've detached from their digital lifestyle, and gotten in touch with nature, wildlife, horses, fishing, beautiful sunsets, family and friends. We like to say they find their "humanity" at a guest ranch. By the end of the week they don't want to leave. You don't get that at a theme park, cruise line, Disney, etc. The experience is unique on many levels.

Ok, showing my midwest ignorance. I've always wore a typical "cowboy hat". What's the gig with the flat brim hats I see on a lot of "wranglers"?

There are no ignorant questions. There are several different styles of western hats today that have evolved over decades, it's simply a matter of personal preference, and what style someone likes.
