Very good photography video maid!!! Trail is beautiful too .Good to watch people with no cellphones having good time horseback riding. BEUTUFULL HORSES!
thank u so much for this video! the way you are treating the horses is lovely. i don t dare to fly anymore therefore i will never make a trip like this but i love to watch you all!
Am hoping to do this ride soon! It would be a dream. I have 3 Missouri Foxtrotters and wouldn't own anything else. Would look forward to riding Miller Ranch MFT's. They appear well conditioned and of course well trained and well mannered. They are true ambassadors for this wonderful breed!
Hi from London I really enjoyed your video how lovely to see the beautiful landscape and watch how the Horses worked through the terrain. I felt saddened though at the thought of the people losing their land and how that way of life has gone but through the trail I can feel the power of a Nation and people being reborn.
Parabéns pela cavalgada, pelos animais e sobre tudo pelas imagens. A raça destes cavalos é Magalarga Machador? Todos de andamentos muito confortáveis. Parabéns
I have already replied to another comment. As I see from your comment you don't know the Missouri Fox Trotter. The best way is to ride a Missouri Fox Trotter in difficult terrain and they understand the breed much better. Be careful, if you ride one, you also want to own one.
Having had walkers, trotters, quarter horses and mules the gaited horses will get you there quicker, but a mule will keep you safe on slick rock. Been there and done that. San Rafael Swell, Utah. Btw, I'll betcha' your guide's last name is Begay...
The subject for this film was a trail ride in Monument Valley with Missouri Foxtrotters. The life of the Navajos is a completely different subject. That would have required a completely different preparation as well.
Not necessarily from rdr2 though I currently cant stop playing lol, I just really like foxtrotters I wish they would have implicated the gaits into the foxtrotters in game
Thanks for the comment. We've been riding in Monument Valley with our Navajo guide for 25 years now. Twenty-five years ago on our first ride, he had his Mustang with him. Unfortunately the Mustang could not keep up the pace of the Missouri Fox Trotter. Since then our Navajo guide rides a Missouri Fox Trotter. In the meantime he also has his own Missouri Fox Trotter. Mostly we bring him one of ours. We ride not only in the desert but also on the paths of the wild burros in the mountains. No Mustang moves there. The alternative to a Fox Trotter would be a mule. But this mule should have gait ability. In the other case he could also walk on the rocky paths but not keep up the speed of the Fox Trotter. We using also Duplo shoes. ua-cam.com/video/E0-jTnr2f-k/v-deo.html
I LOVE the fact that you introduced your horses! I dont think Ive ever seen that but thank you, theyre so beatiful!
Hi I'm from Israel, I have Missouri Fox Trotter. In stressful situations you can always count on her. A very brave mare.
Brings back wonderful memories. It was the ride of a lifetime!! Thanks Lothar...

Such fun. Would love to go with you sometime. Judy and I have put this on our bucket list for the future!
Nice Adventists. I wonder why people in the desert would share water. They must like people and have compassion.

Awesome 👍
We have 2 places open for May 2020 no trail in September in 2020
I own, or should I say, am owned by MFT, are you open to the public? I would LOVE to do this!
It's sad that they don't make moves like that anymore 😢😢
👍Great from Germany
Do you have to have a Navajo guide?
Yes we have Ness for over 20 years
What the breed ?
Missouri Foxtrotters
Not knocking those Foxtrotters, however they seem to walk too fast in the rocks, not careful enough. I did see a couple scary foot placements. ?

Sembrate una bella Famiglia Ciaoo🌹❤️
Que região é esta que vocês estão cavalgando?
We
I know for a fact that the Navaho that live in that area live in poverty yet your film didn't capture that just saying .
