*I had to replace all the 'moving bits' and some that don't, like the 'Guides' for the backing-plate on my '08 'Metropolitan CHF-50/S and replaced the clutch-pads and springs with 'Honda' parts...and ordered a 'Prima' roller-weights pkg. @$40+ S & H* *The 'Dr. Pulley' sliders looked as-if they had some 'wear' with scuff marks on them, so I installed the 'rollers'* *WHAT A MISTAKE!* *For almost 4-yrs. Can you please tell me if you bettered the fuel usage. I am thinking of mounting the dr pulleys in my original SH300 2013. I know have stock 19 gram rollers. I would like the rpm to go down on the highway.
My 125cc uses 14gramm rollers when i put replacements from yamaha same weight my scooter dies 😂 dont know why. Which weight shall i order from dr.pulley? Want fast pickup and dont want to lose top speed
Hi dude, i wanna ask, after a long time use sliding roller, any complaint ? It's been 5 years since this video, can you give me pro and con, because i wanna try this too. Thank you, i hope you can reply my comment
worth a try but i wouldnt expect much, these are small differences. Buy a injection module, the dynojet pcfc, just 250 or less, with huge effect, without touching the vario (no, not the malossi forcemaster, its rubbish)
Pulleys in my eyes, as the "additional power" you can get over cvt changes is only little. Take cheap pulleys and invest in a fuel injection module, thr dynojet pcfc ie
@@FreakMoPed8 thankyou for the response, ill try soon, another questionis that can i use a weight combination? For example, 8gram/12gram roller weight? Any effects?

The sliders work pretty good for me very smooth acceleration

no
Don’t you think that the greater contact area will lead to more friction between components?
no. not a feelable effect. works very well.

What did you end up getting? What weight size?

@@FreakMoPed8 ok thank you very much, i will definitely try this roller.
Honda Varrrriatorrr 😂 gut erklärt 👍
I see the difference about what kind of benefits?
Did u lost any top sped ? my burgman has 21gr original should i go with the same weight pulley or gram lower ? i dont want to loose top speed
no. still hits rev limiter at 145kmh speedo. look up what they recommend. but what i saw its always a bit lighter than originals.
Hello I just installed dr pulley 19gr in my sh300 2010 and now my top speed is 120😪. Maybe I have to dremel the edges??
wrong pulleys. u need lighter ones than original. 16gr
Good laugh at the end!!
hi ..
is it ok to combine 3pcs dr pulley slider and 3pcs round roller??
Will Worlk but i guess less or no pulleys effect
Will malossi variator+dr pulley sliders will be better

Can you install rollers en slider at the same time
of course, you should!

Hows the performance of the rollers?
very good. same as malossi vario + delta clutch + belt ;) see the video on road comparison
