Shes drop dead gorgeous and can sing so beautifully
NO tattoos, NO piercings, NO auto tune, NO bullsh*t...... Pure class AND talent...
Correct

They did Piercings then😂
@@pieeaterman3649 Not in every orifice they didn't.
Absolutely great vocalist. And beautiful eyes.
Saw her and Carmelo Luggeri in Lyme Regis last Saturday. She sang all her 70s hits and i told her I'd waited 50 years to hear her sing Amoureuse, she seemed very touched. Lovely lady and still as beautiful as in this clip at 77 now! And still a great voice too!!❤
What a treat !
Fabulous soulful singer who should have been massive.
Kiki Dee - talent, class & beauty. What a stunning woman
Such a criminally underrated singer. Completely overlooked in the 60's as was Elkie Brooks when they should have been up there with Dusty, Sandie, Cilla, Lulu and Petula
Kiki worked a lot with Dusty as a backing singer, Dusty would often sing backing vocals for Kiki, Lesley Duncan and Madeline Bell when they made records.
Folks....she is singing this live.
No lip synching.
Incredible singer. One of the very best voices ever!!
What a beautiful song from kiki.
I love her and her songs so much
What a beautiful, magnificent woman.
Superb performance
Beautiful voice 😍. Always liked Kiki dee ❤️ 💖 ♥️ 💕.
What a singer and so beautiful
Brilliant Iconic from the soul ever
still puts a tear in my eye, nothing but perfection.
Kiki dee was so underestimated. Should have had more success.
From a time when what you needed was talent.
Only 16 "likes" for this beautiful wonderful singer !!!
With the possible exception of Dusty Springfield our best female vocalist. Criminally undervalued.
To be fair there have been many that have been `criminally undervalued´, sometimes uncredited backing singers, Kiki was one of Dusty's backing singers in the 60s, but she has at least gained recognition and some fame. Kiki has gone on record stating that she stopped chasing stardom many years ago. Star was written by another great female singer whom fame has largely avoided, Doreen Chanter.
Love Kiki Dee! Such an amazing voice! Proud to say she went to my school in Bradford!
Been discovering her early material and enjoyed so much of it. I run a quiz night in a tiny Lancashire pub and I've trained the audience to always consider 'Kiki' as a possible answer in the music round. Our favourite 'Bradford Chantreuse' as I call her. Such a beautiful voice. Been a fan since the 70s.
Onde fica bradford a escola ?
Beautiful singer & beautiful voice. Her music was playing in my mum and dad’s home when I grew up. Better than any katy perry or bioncy or how ever her name is spealt
bioncy 👍😂
Totally agree 👍🏻
So talented...and very beautiful!
What a song, but what a wonderful singer, beautiful, thank you Kiki.
A song from Veronique Sanson! ❤️
Not her song originally but I think she totally made it hers by her delivery and it seemed so effortless. That's so hard to achieve. Beautiful.
@@steve_dangerous You'd almost think it was Véronique Sanson singing her own song in English.
A live performance, beautiful, unlike much of today's claptrap
love this beautiful voice....so underrated
Beautiful and talented singer!
She has a sweet voice.
Beautiful song. Such a difference between how Males and females view their first experience. Males tend to "high-five" and see it as a right of passage but this beautifully crafted song describes a woman having an amazing and deeply moving experience that transforms her to woman hood. Such a beautiful song and sung with surgical clarity...
Is there any reference in the song for this song being about losing one’s virginity? I might have missed/misinterpreted some of the lyrics maybe?
I think i saw KD give an interview once where she said it. You know what...that may even just be HER interpretation of the song...@@Lala_Babayeva
@@Lala_Babayevareally? No song does the subject better. _"Close together in the afterglow"_ is just one of the give away lines.
stumeister, this is how I've always felt about this subject. I was 14 and got the meaning and, more importantly, the feeling of how this should go. When l did have it happen this was the song in my head all the next day.
She's my Pisces Singstress crush. I love her song with EJ.
@@Chapps1941 Beautiful
Saw this greatly underrated singer in Alexander's, Chester, some years ago. As the venue only holds around 200 it was very 'up close & personal' One of my unforgettable evenings A true lady of song..
Class Class Class all the way
Saw her at The Plough Torrington last year. Still a lovely lady
Perfectly done. And she continues to bring us beautiful music to this day.
Excellent picture quality
Much prefer singers like this than many of today, great great performance of Veronique Sanson's classic song of love.
Bloody gorgeous 😍
Very underrated singer, should have had much greater success, also two great songs
a song of unimaginable proportions with amazing words/voice/music. all in all one of the best ever song ever sung by any one who ever lived.
Wonderful voice. Until now I only remembered one song you sang. A duet with Elton John. How careless of me. This is a beautiful song. A beautiful looking lady as well.
Great singer and great actress
My fave kiki song
Excellent !
Lovely Kiki...with 2 classics of different styles.Amazing.x
The greatest singer ever ❤️ ♥️ 💖
What a beautiful woman. What a great vocalist . What a great song. Where is she now?
Still touring with guitarist Carmelo Luggeri.x
Beautiful
Absolutely fabulous
Kiki Dee
Takes me back. Wonderful. Classic
Floors me this….🎼💙
Brilliant
Always remember her set supporting Queen in Hyde Park. Perfect...even with the cardboard cutout of Elton John 😎
Beautiful voice and artist! « Just another day » is an adaptation of « Amoureuse », wrote in French and composed by France’s super star Véronique Sanson, who started her career with this beautiful song in early 70´s. It seems that, from this wonderful performance, Miss Dee sang it in the 70’s too. ❤
Indeed, with English lyrics by Gary Osbourne
Two amazing 👏 songs 🎵 ❤️ sung by a beautiful 😍 talented ❤️ lady no more said ❤️
Singing live, too.
Perfection!
beautiful
Pure enchantment !
I'm not sure if it was a management issue or what, but she was and is the complete deal. If a singer came along now with this talent they'd be on top of the world. Had a huge crush on her in the early 70's. Like a lot of female singers seemed to be more interested in singing ballads like this than "power" numbers, which she could really belt out.
Great Kiki.
She is so Beautiful & i LOVE these songs ! My era !!
What an incredible, pure voice.
Beautiful ❤
Superb ❤❤❤
Cant beat a bit of Pauline Mathews ;) you either know or you dont :)
❤❤❤❤
Здравствуйте вашу песню послушал 1980.г.мне.очень понравился хотел бы послушать песни этих годов желаю вам успехов в творчестве и здоровья счастья вам
Just beautiful ❤
She looks great and seems to be in a good mood here, she nearly started to laugh at 4:50, what was that about ? Love Kiki's work❤
as a 13 yr old i fancied her so much lol fabulous voice
From the France-Quebec rock opera Starmania
Bikini, such a gorgeous woman and talented
Aye Great at that waht a lovely song
simple performance ,excellent, also nice to see how a pretty woman was without all that shit injected in their faces
You're good at unintentional irony. All the makeup on a face is just as fake as the stuff injected in a face.
Uau❤
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
English version of the Véronique Samson hit.
I was watching a film on The Monkees a few weeks ago, and it said that one of their singles didn't have any of the group actually singing on it, one of the actual singers was Kiki Dee. Can't remember which song it was
That's interesting... Would love to know which song...
Was the backing singer paid by the decibel?
lol, I wonder who it was.
mash up Kiki & Lulu

He has a great voice 👍
You definitely need new glasses
She
now now Robb don’t be like that
Great live vocal performance from Kiki Dee, let down by a lacklustre band - especially the drummer..
Great vocal, but the musicians were poor! Sounded like they were stalling toward the end. What a pro Kiki is - she held it together!!
Backing vocals were a bit high in the mix too, I wonder who the singers were.
Yeah, the backing singers were a tad too high in the pursuit of good harmonies. Kiki must've thought 'bleeding hell!' 😮@@stephenhowell5611
@@ChristovMr 😆
Kiki did great but the lyrics let her down. The song as translated is a soft porn shadow of the original. Actually very good thanks to Kiki, but just not great thanks to the translator. The original is claustrophophobic; the protaganist is trapped in a moment. The other planet is a dream. I'm pleased that Kiki got the significance of the "but" at 2:52.
One million times improved since her elton john days even then better than him great singer superb
Amerouse was before she sang with Elton John
Ol chook
So good Much much better than that awful song with Elton John
good but i prefer the original son written and sang by Veronique Sanson.
Oh Kiki you'll dee❤
Супер песня,супер Кики❤
The playback is doubled and then undoubled randomly.
