From a 58 year old grandfather...this music is as good as anything I have ever heard...and I listen to music constantly.
Hes amazing. Not got the best ‘traditional’ singing voice but i don’t know if i’ve ever heard another man be able to put so much raw emotion into his sound, and mix that with his picture-painting lyrics, hes a phenomenal artist, seen him live twice, once a few weeks ago in cardiff castle, which was an epic setting for a concery

@@ashwindsouza5273 When he first said "she dreads the devils yet to show" he means that she loved him but was scared that because he is touring the world that she would lose that love. later when he said "she starts to think that evil has lost me" was his way of saying that she is starting to realise that he loves her and no matter how far he goes. his love for her will always bring him right back to her. its really a song about living a life so far from home. And Dermot has such an amazing gift to express his feeling in this way.

I love Dermont Kenny so much. I'm not a concert type of person but he is the one person I would spend money to see. He just has a way of sings that no one can compare to.
I was lucky enough to catch this man in concert just before social distancing was put into effect... great, great show! What a voice and what an ability to to convey heart felt emotion through his music. Wouldn't hesitate to pay to see him live again. I also really enjoyed his opener as well... SYML.
