The Vikings offense was maddening. 3rd and 4 from the 8 and they do a qb draw with a qb who can't run?
Don’t ever stop making these highlights videos. You rock!
It's sad that this team didnt win a Superbowl in the 90s. Best decade man lol
Which team?
The 70's was easily the best decade for The Vikings...
mikesteelheart both the Vikings and Raiders were dominant in the 70’s. Despite only 1 super bowl win amongst the two teams.
We even had kicker problems back then
That year was the start of it. Fuad retired after the '95 season
Scott Sisson missed a LOT of kicks for the Vikes. Man I hated watching him go up to kick.
Missin' Sisson vs Cole Ford. That might legitimately be one of the worst FG kicking battles of all time. Ford was complete garbage.
Ahhhh Jake Reed what an under appreciated player never got enough credit for being such a solid player!
Brad Johnson wasn't as bad as some made him out to be. He was capable of big games and wins.
A pretty atrocious game! John Randle with the back-to-back sacks to quell Hostetler's chance at a fiery denouement in regulation was pretty amazing, though.
Love that ESPN breaking news ticker.
these are hands down the best uniforms in vikings history the logo on the sleeves were bad ass. 70's 80's and early 90's were great as well but the change the wilf's made when they bought the team were horrible thankfully they got rid of them. i like todays helmets but not a huge fan of the "artistic sail" numbers. jmo
Back to back sacks #93! Skol
Does anyone remember the Raiders game when Johnny Randle threw a lineman in the backfield on 4th and goal for the sack and win? Am I remembering correctly? I can't think of Raider lineman's name, it was Kevin something. Their #1 pick? Huge dude. I would like to see highlights of that game.
This intro had the best sports intro... dah dah duh duh duh dah. dah dah dah duh duh dah duh
Raider Nation For Life
I remember this game being blackout'd in my home in the Bay Area.
It was only one of two national TV blackouts from Oakland. The other was a Saturday afternoon game against the Chiefs on CBS in 1998.
I also forgot the 2005 Saturday night game between the Giants and Raiders, last national TV blackout in NFL history
Scott "Missin" Sisson
He was the worst.
