Hi Craig, I remember all the controversies that surrounded this movie when it came out and bizarrely enough I watched this when I was around 12 years old (my parents were liberal when it came to movie watching) as you can imagine this had quite the impact on me, think it was the same year I watched The Burning 😆 nice one mate, take care👍😃👍
Wow, my parents were pretty laid back to, but this may have been a step too far for me at 12 😂
Very controversial movie, especially back in the day but one I kinda enjoy in a weird way.

I agree with this and Cannibal Apocalypse being the 2 nastiest but for different reasons.
I enjoyed watching it this time. Those abuse scenes are still hard to watch but you know it's staged so it's not so bad.
I didn't catch on that the guys in Déjà Vu might be related to the garage attendant from I Spit On Your Grave. I'll have to rewatch it. I got the 5 film box set.
I actually like the remake and it's Sequel/Prequel .
