I have an office 365 business license. I use my own domain for all my users and it is easy to add license to them. The problem is when i add an external user he doesn't get the benefits like onedrive storage. Even in MS admin he have my license setup. Sorry for my horrible English.

Yes you are right. Beter solution in that case would to narrow down the group membership rules.
