How to Make a Paper Plane Cocktail

The Paper Plane is a beautifully balanced cocktail with amaro, whiskey, aperol, and lemon. Have a bottle of Aperol in your house and want to try something besides an Aperol Spritz? Give this more spirit-forward drink a try and let me know what you think in the comments!
What you need:
• Aperol
• bourbon
• amaro
• lemon juice
• ice
• shaker
• strainer
Preferred glassware: coupe
Step-by-step:
1. Grab your shaker tin.
2. Add ¾ oz each of whiskey, amaro, Aperol, and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
3. Add ice to the tin.
4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
5. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
6. Some people like to garnish with a cute little homemade paper plane, but I prefer to skip that step and get to the drinking.
