Hi,
Thank you very much for your videos, they are very useful. I haven't found any videos on your channel about meta-regression with SPSS. Do you plan to do it ?
Thank you for the video :) Is it possible to use SPSS for a pre-post design with an experimental and a control group (4 separate Ns, means and standard deviations) in SPSS v29?
What level of consistency that u have of uploading content ... from last 1 year u r doing this youtube.. WOW
Yes, things had been upgraded and updated to include more than one statistical package that will suit wide broad scoop of interest with as much as possible common and uncommon stat. tests.
Sooner the channel will be sectioned and arranged to be easy to cherry pick topics.
and if you stick and follow the channel, next year will be python and stat.
That is the next on line.
This year focus more on R statistics
Hey there, I‘m currently working on a meta analysis for my master‘s thesis: survival of patientes with advanced ovarian caner after interval debulking surgery. From my studies I have a lot of data concering „mean OS / PFS“ but the „standard deviation“ is often missing. In your video I see that I need the SD for my work in SPSS. Have you any tipps for me how I could solve this problem? Thank you very much already!
Hi
If you want one to one private session then this can be arranged as your data will require several hours checking and reading related articles.
I have helped few students with their analysis that can take up to 10 hrs to complete.
Hi there. Iam doing a meta analysis for my final year phase I project and iam doing it on the title association of gastric cancer with intake of fermented foods. The case control studies i have collected contains datas like odds ratio the number of cases and controls with occurrence of gastric cancer. There are no SD, mean datas given. So iam not clear what to enter in spss.
Scroll in my channel you will find one for your request

I have to look at your data.

Hello Sir,
New subscriber here. If we have cases and controls, which variable's' means should we extract? Age's mean, BMI's mean or what?
Depends on the research aim or aims
I would like to ask a question. Is it possible to do a meta-analysis only with cross-sectional studies? I try to, but SPSS always asks for "treatment group" and "control group". Can I do it without a control group?
Thanks for your reply.
