I called from Kansas City and he called me back within 5 minutes. WE talked for 20 minutes and I am a broke nobody. Ryan has my trust. He narrowed down my worries and gave me great advice.
best video I've ever seen. Details and with map and about every area! Thank you very much
Mahalo 🙏
I think the photo you showed for the Makaha condominiums was actually the Makaha beach cabanas.
I’m glad you mentioned the Ala Wai Canal. There are hundreds of types of flesh eating bacteria in this canal so it is incredibly dangerous. They are going to have to do something about this soon before we have a real disaster.
Tell us about leaseholds in Hawaii, like the Hawaiian princess resort .
We have an entire video on the channel breaking down fee simple vs leasehold condos. Thanks for watching!
Gas was really cheap in Mauka side last week. $4.44/gal
Thanks for this video! I
Thank you for watching!
Your videos are so thorough and comprehensive but the amount of times you say “alright” and “okay” are making my ears burn 😂😖😖😖 I can’t 🤦🏻♀️
Sorry! I will work on not saying those words for future videos. Thanks for watching 🙏
It's interesting how you sell the island to mainlander/foreigners. I understand you're a realtor and need to make a living but it's mind boggling how many realtors do this. No wonder why the housing market here is out of control.
I feel bad for locals who have a hard time during this time trying to buy. Then this gets slid into my suggested on yt?
Auwe my man
Interesting that you think I don’t help local families. I was raised in Hawaii. My wife is born and raised and my kids are from Hawaii.
Also, homes are going to sell whether a Realtor is hired to help or not. People who own don’t need an agent. They can use an attorney or do it themselves. Then will everyone be mad at attorneys for helping people buy homes?
The housing market isn’t “out of control” bc of real estate agents. There’s a deeper understanding of economics and driving factors of the housing market.
What is Honolulu like? Compared to Hawaii
Assuming you’re referring to the Big Island (Hawaii). Honolulu is the county and city on O’ahu.
Oahu is more congested, city-like.
Hawaii is more remote with really only 2 cities on it. Also active volcanoes.
Thanks again. Just asking which city would be a great place to live in. As im leaving New Zealand which has a cold winter.
