I didn't cry but it did feel like I got punched in the gut. I had very conflicting emotions about the whole situation.
I was devasted at the end of the episode'cause i was thinking about the married and they wished and Sakura who was a good character

@@5nhyfiery Yeah why couldn't they have just taken a page from Thor Ragnarok. In fact they probably could have just left and came back and rebuilt their country. They didn't have to give up their way of life. On the other hand their upcoming demise is what humbled them so that's why I have mixed feelings.
This episode made my mental down
This episode was truely something to enjoy, to bad it will never be seen by those who could truely appreciate it.
i like how no comments were made remotely close to when this video was released
I don't know if I'd say this episode was the darkest between the two series but it's up there. Actually both series did adapt this. I didn't watch the original though; one gut punch is more then enough.
If you like dark but lukewarm anime you must watch it
Funny enough, the original also showed different countries.
Just finished binging this; I was waiting for some explanation from the beginning of the episode, and I finally got it.

that sucks they just got married and the next day they will be dead that sucks if you think about this it sucks that the whole contry is gonna be gone that is actually very sad if your not a pshycopath very sad
I think they knew that they gonna die bc just like sakura says its unusual to marry under 20
