No I beg to differ, Blues Rock is rock and roll, with blues type scales and rhythms... I.E. Stevie Ray Vaughn. And yes Johnny Cash is know for Country Western music, he's also known for rockabilly. Johnny cash started his career in music before country and rock even could be called a genre, that's what makes him so great he is an influence to all different kinds of music
