THIS VIDEO IS PRIME !!! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆Boston IS my home, and what better way is there to travel through the many hearts of Dorchester accompanied by a gold ribbon of SPECTACULAR tunes?? This is definitely on the top of my list of video faves!! One-million thank yous for sharing this PHENOMENAL experience!!! ❣❣❣❣❣❣❣
Yep, and for K-3 I went to Benjamin Cushing on Robinson Rd. but I think they tore it down a while ago. You are probably younger than me but we were still in the same ball park! Speaking of ball parks, I played little league games in Ronan Park and went to church at St. Peter's. My mom used to go shopping in Fields Corner.
Arnie Wince wow lol how crazy is that? I didn't live far from that park. That shopping place nesr Fields Corner had a Purity Supreme super market snd a Bradlees store near it. I went to Grover Cleveland middle school, it was not very safe in the 80s.
Yeah I was already gone in 1962. My dad owned a triple deckah and we had family all over the place, We all moved out of Boston when it started getting scary. My aunts and uncles (along with my cousins) all moved to Braintree, Weymouth, Quincy etc. I only remember the Elm Farm super market and Kresge's. My dad did business with Shawmut Bank. BTW, My mom used to send me down the street to Topliff and go to a market named Dedian's. God, it seems like a century ago!! When I was a little guy, we had all kinds of nationalities in the neighborhood and everyone got along. No violence, no drivebys, none of that stuff. We played out in the street. Everyone was friendly.
Lived on the corner of Duncan and Fenton Streets, the corner of Park and Ashland Streets, the corner of Faulkner and Freeman Streets, and currently on Draper Street

I lived on Ridgewood Street off Draper Street. Went to John Marshall School. Boston was a beautiful place in the 50's. Now it's a war zone.
