    Thank you for another weight training video.
    Good to learn about supersets definitely something I need to incorporate in my daily training.
    I'm saving for a set of actihands to help with gripping heavier weights.

      Merry Christmas to you too! Yes active hands are a must if you can't use much grip. They're extremely well made too. I've had mine 7 years using 5 days a week and never had an issue 👍

    Just did this video finally (been super slacky and not the best with motivation) but this felt really good to feel all those upper body muscles burning in a good way and feeling that blood flow 😊as always you’re the best!
