- Hells Angels and the Pagans, 2 of the most notorious outlaw motorcycle clubs in the country, would do battle over who would be the dominant gang in the northeastern United States.

My father was an Outlaw .... in the mid 90s our house got raided and my father spent 6 yrs in prison . My mother , my sister and i moved way up north to the middile of nowhere. My father eventually came home and never went back to riding bikes... i have alot of crazy memories i cannot share but was wild as a kid

I wpuld like to read some of them. I remember when outlaws and iron horsemen had a war in and around Cincinnati. There were shootings and even a clubhouse was dynamited. 1970s
Well I saw it in 2002 @ Bristol Bike Night, Bristol, PA. The HA had a table where they were selling T shirts and recruiting. No Pagan's around. They were trying to set up a Philly chapter. December 2004, a few buddies said let's go out to the Woodshed Bar, Rt.72 in Chatsworth NJ. They had the annual "Hangover Ball", Live music on New Years Day, well is was 60* so we all went. Pulled up in the lot and I've never seen so many bikes here. Jan 1st ,2005. When I parked my bike and started to focus, it was all Pagan's. We went inside, all Pagan's and civilians. There were 6 HA standing with their backs against the wall. One was Vinnie Heinrich, the bar owner's son. We had a few beers and decided to roll. One of my buddies said this was bad blood and we shouldn't be in the middle of it. One buddy "Nasty" stayed behind. Well anyway after we home, on the 11 O'clock news that's all you heard. Biker brawl at the Woodshed. HA should have known better that Philly and SJ is Pagan's turf and always will be. I never had any problems with either club. Let them beat the shit out of each other, as long as I'm not in the middle.
The Angels do not recruit. You need to get to know at least one of them on a casual basis. either at events or through friends, and hope at some point you're allowed to be a "hangaround" after YOU request to be. On occasion they may suggest it to you if you seem to have what it takes. More likely you'll need to begin with one of their support clubs and eventually get called up if you pass muster

I was just about to comment about the apostrophe in the Pagan's colors, or should I have written it as the Pagans' colors? Also, I never noticed the Hells Angels' lack of an apostrophe. Makes me think both clubs need to repeat grade school.

I noticed the footage from 8:18-8:25 is from Hells Angels White Rock chapter in Langley British Columbia Canada. July 23 2023 they celebrated their 40th anniversary in British Columbia.

The Pagan's control the meth and coke traffic for all of the Jersey Shore, which (as far as they're concerned) starts at Freehold, encompasses all of Route 35, and also goes down the length of US 1 and the coastline all the way down to the tip of New Jersey (USA). At least that was true when I left the area. Might be different now.

I grew up in a small town that had a few Invaders living in it. Several rented a house a mere 4-500 feet from me. This was back in the 70's... used to see them riding around but hardly do anymore... from what I understand most are dead or in prison!

I grew up in the biker world im 43 now and I've seen some shit but not like this. My pops was a biker that never took sides but knew people on both sides. . He never went one way or the other and they on both sides respected him for that because he had a good job a house and a family. This was in Rockland County NY. Although shit can get out of hand I've never experienced anything but love from these dude's. They get a bad wrap but are solid motherfuckers that don't take shit...,.........but all in all in my experience these dude's are the real deal.

I just remember when I was 14 years old , we went to a car show , Nassau coliseum, Long Island, the pagans were all over the place , giant guys , my dad said call when you need a ride home , well to get to the pay phone , we had to walk through all the Pagans lol , no one wanted to do it , I had to do it by myself but the Pagans were cool lol they never bothered me , I remember they had skeletons on their motorcycles and the cops at the event , were extra big cops lol Got some great photos that day.

As a child growing up in South Florida the Pagans were a common presence at at the Beach. Thiswas in the early 70s then i heard about a new biker club called the Outlaws going round after that I never saw the Pagans again. I always wondered if the Outlaws ran them off.

I was a young cop in the late ‘60s when I encountered a group of Pagans on the side of the road one night. Not realizing who they were I asked if they needed any help w/a broken down bike, they politely declined and I left. Maybe I was just lucky that night.

I grew up in philly and my best friend from high school joined the pagans and we were still friends in our 20s we would drink at the bar together but if he was ever with other pagans out at the bar he would act like he didn’t even know me so I just stopped talking to him after that

I grew up and spent a good portion of my adult life around some Pagans. My Dad was a young father and I knew most of them because of him knowing them or their older brothers. They were always respectful, especially to my mother and grandmother. My dad always gave my mother credit for his not going to jail 'because of the company I kept and the things I was doing---it would be hard to tell where I would have ended up'. One of them went to prison for a very long time---murder involving a Pagan power struggle in a nearby city. The leader of that chapter, who was a close friend of his, was killed by the #2 man. So he took #2 out in a particularly bad way that included torture. But, to encounter him on the street or especially with his mother, you would swear he was the nicest man you had ever met. They didn't invite me to places and events where they knew that they may not have been able to protect me if something did happen. While in college in another town, I met a girl through a mutual friend who was invited to a party at a farm they owned nearby. My friend told her to ask me about it and show me the outfit she planned to wear. She showed up in a long T-shirt dress that was nearly transparent. I told her if she was going that she certainly couldn't wear that because they would throw her down, r*** her and then p*** on her. She asked if I had been invited and I said, "I am not going to be."

Growing up in Ontario you always saw a ton of bikers everywhere you went during the 80's and 90's but it's not like that anymore. It used to almost be a death sentence to wear a patch here and the cops would bust anyone's head open given half a chance. The government really cracked down so you don't see a whole lots of Outlaws around anymore. There's still a lot of lingering hatred towards even non patched riders in Quebec too after all the shit that went down there, you're likely to get run off the road or have a bottle thrown at you on a bike. I hope the U.S clubs can figure out all the bullshit gangsterism before the culture goes away like it did here.
Windsor and London still have many HA members wearing cuts. Just last month loners and outlaws started setting buildings on fire in London. You don't hear much about HA doing things because pretty much every club in Ontario is a feeder for HA. They control everything and I think even the outlaws and loners have to work with them otherwise they wouldn't get a piece of anything.

I grew up with a lot of friends that were Pagans. Their ranks are less than 10 percent of the angles and outlaws. But, those 2 clubs can't and won't ever get over on the Pagans. They have no territory rocker for a reason
I just wish All motorcycle clubs can just get along. Too many people are dying getting hurt. And so on. This world was not supposed to be like this.

They want to be like the mob. I just wish. People would stop killing people. I think we lost enough people through the COVID through all these storms and things like that.

I’m not police, but I worked at a certain police building after a well known fight mentioned in here. A lot of the Angels’ cuts were confiscated and almost destroyed while that dept was cleaning out their evidence rooms years later. I was able to grab 5 Angels cuts and left them outside of their clubhouse anonymously.
Idk why I did it. I guess there’s just something about them I respect
I get it. I had a buddy who was an ex-Outlaw. He'd tell me stories and that even tho he left (in good standing), he could call them for help and vice versa and they'd be there. I respect that kind of brotherhood and loyalty.

I lived in the DC area for 30 years across the Potomac River from PG County n never heard of a biker gang around there.
Just knew it was the richest county for blacks in the US just as Fairfax County where I lived was the richest county for all races...our dadless family wasn't rich at all...just barely got by.

Not much on the northeast or Canadian scene ... but in Southern California in the '90s the clubs mostly stopped wearing cuts or colors in public unless it was a funeral procession. But if you think they went away, well, Wrong! :)

I live in CT I've never seen a pagan anywhere we got HA diablos and james gang. We had a HA member get murdered in like 2004 2003 he was shot while riding on i95 and i remember that had CT on its toes cuz the word was it was the outlaws who did it and we don't have outlaws in this state
CT has outlaws MC in it. Also has Charter Oak…but I remember when Bear got killed on 95 too.
