  • We have been focusing on these specific articular rotations to help with shoulder engagement & wrist rotation to perform aerial skills like the meathook & flag!
    Huge shoutout to @hunterfitness for coaching & educating me on the importance of joint training systems & articular rotations for my elbows - I’ve had 4 PRP in my elbows from tendinitis and now with these movement patterns I have integrated into my training program - I have nearly no pain and recover quicker!
