Does it feel at times like it's one rejection after another? This is encouraging. God closes doors for our protection and to bring us to something better. God knows better than we do so we have to trust Him.

I went through 10 plus years of hell. Demons in my head. Accident. Divorce. Family deaths. Loss of home. Loss of employment. Children turned against me by their mom. Depression anxiety hate bitterness rage anger ptsd and a slew of others. Then a surgical mistake about took me down. I wanted, sought death. I was ready to do it. Was going to put a rifle under my chin.
I was watching/ listening to the “I can only imagine “ movie and praying. Begging God to help me.
He did. He finally broke through my darkness and pulled me out. I had a miracle healing that day. All the years of pain. Mental drugs. Drinking. Nothing could help.
The demon of depression was like a dinosaur. Huge. Nothing could kill it. God stepped in and pulled the demons out.
I still have mental and health issues I battle. Still have anxiety and ptsd but it keeps me humble and leaning into God. Saved in July 2018 and starving to keep learning and to share my testimony. God is Great!! Amen

Yes! The job rejections are real. I didnt understand what was happening until God gave me the parable of the workers in the vineyard. The owner approached 2 men and asked them what were they doing standing around, and the men said "no on will hire us." So, the man hired them. At that moment God told me "I want to hire you."

Channel Like this has inspired me to start my own Christian Channel
God was closing doors on me after seemingly opening them very regularly for about 2 years. I was all but forced to leave the church I grew up in and attended for 39 years, I felt that He was calling me but the doors that opened, and believe me, some were good opportunities they just closed. I got set up to preach for 4-6 weeks for a pastor who was having surgery, just a couple of weeks before I was to start I got a call that I wasn’t going to be able to do it, bam!!! Another closed door. But then, in God’s awesome plan the church within sight of my house, God took that pastor home and I was asked to fill in, then hired as the head pastor. The day I started was the day I was supposed to start where the door had closed.
Doors open and doors close, we must stay in God’s will and He’ll show us the right door. God bless you Mr Parr, great video.

It's all for a reason and protection I find and if u feel strong on the lord he is enough however I have been disheartened due to just attacks spiritual and so so many people but won't stop me and my goals nearly there.
His ways and thoughts are higher than ours - and His word says He will never leave nor forsake us🙏🏽🌼may you take heart in Him, He alone is our Rock, Refuge and Fortress.
Closed doors give us opportunity to grow. I believe that the process is important; in James Chapter 1 we see that we are perfected in patience. God closes doors to both grow us and save us from losing out on what God has called us for. I actually did a similar video on my channel as well regarding how God spoke to me during my time in the "wilderness". Great video brother Allen!

My issue is not knowing my purpose. I’ve confessed my sins (just recently confessing EVERYTHING I know/remember I’ve done wrong), I’ve prayed relentlessly asking God to tell me what I’m supposed to be doing because it seems like I’m not passionate about anything. I keep hearing I’m supposed to be a “mother”, but i can’t just give up my job. I’m divorced, and my relationships afterwards always seems to fail. I’m so confused. But, I’m grateful for you and Brother and Sister Flowers (another set of UA-cam pastors). Pray for me. Pray that I get full deliverance from my guilt now that I’ve confessed, pray that I redeem the spirit of consistency, ambition, and determination. Pray that I DO become the mother God has called me to be. And pray that I forgive the men that hurt me in my past, my ex husband and other ill equipped relationships. Also pray that if God wants me to leave my ex alone, that I truly have peace with that decision as well. I apologize this was so long. Thank you, brothers and sisters in Christ!

Romans 8:1 reminds us that to those that are in Christ Jesus there is no condemnation. God loves you and he died so that all your sins can be forgiven. The truth is Romans 5:8 says he died whilst we were still sinners which means whether or not you accept it or not, IT IS FINISHED. HE Died for your sins today, yesterday and tomorrow so don’t allow the enemy to condemn you with guilt or shame of your past life. 2 Cor 5:17 we are new creations in Christ and so everything old has passed away infact the bible tells us that he remembers our sins no more! So I pray you begin to attain the righteousness{Romans 5:1}, peace and identity that God has given you and I declare that the plans he has for you for a hope and future will come to pass. OMG! I can relate to this brother! I am a license commercial pilot, and when pandemic happened, I cannot fine a job, even any job. All I want is for me and my family to survive and live. I am so depressed and hopeless. My friends are mocking me because I am a pilot and yet I have no money. I cry most of the time, all I have is God. I want to just God with my situation. I am scared but I know God is in control. I am blessed to find your YT Channel. Thanks for providing Biblical perspective. God bless you always bro Allen! ❤️

Well this was timely.
I had just attempted to get enrolled in my country's air guard. My dad was in the prison service, my brother is in the coast guard, my other brother is in the police. So of course is was expecting the trend to continue with me.
I didn't qualify.
But praise God he'll take me to greater places.
Everyone in my immediate family on my dad's side is a lawyer...except me. I'm a "lawyer for heaven." God works the most through "The Unique Ones". Be blessed! ✌😆
What a powerful testimony! I can imagine how the doors closing one after another tried to convince you that your vision and purpose was not for you, but low and behold, God was incubating you. This is why when Solomon asked for wisdom, He freely gave him the all of the riches. This is so so encouraging how challenges open us up to the wisdom of God.

Wow !! The timing of this video. Since last week I have been thanking God for all the doors He closed, and all my plans and calculations that He wrecked. Bcz now I realize God was protecting me.. He is a protective Father. 🙏 During this Covid and lockdown time I got so much time to grow deeper in Him, and now I can see how dangerous it would have been for me if all my plans had worked out.. But God saw the bigger picture and saved me from so much damage!! Now I can't find words to thank Him enough 🙏

Just goes to show that testing can last anywhere from one day to one decade. God is still good through it all, and true submission to His will requires much faith and unceasing prayer. I’ve felt like a solicitor with all the doors He’s shut in my face, but like most of us here, I’m gonna praise Him and keep knocking. Hi brother Allen. I just want you to know that your story has given me a lot of hope. I’ve been very disappointed that I haven’t been able to use my theology degree because the doors haven’t opened, very similar to what you went through. At times I even feel like I’m doing something wrong. But your testimony reminds me to be patient and allow God to work in my life. The door will open on His time. This ministry blesses me already but this video is particularly important. I lost my job in 2016- It was a career I was working in for nearly 16 years. Since then I have not been able to get re-employed in the industry and have done a variety of much lower scale lower paid jobs as I have found many closed doors. It’s been the most discouraging four years of my life. I am hopeful that my story ends like yours with something so good I could not have imagined it. Thanks for making this video you encourage me!
Just had a door look wide open but kept shutting about half a year, just a I cleared one ridiculous hurdle after another. The pandemic played a huge part in it. Finally, I gave it up as the just about last door closed and accepted the path God has laid before me despite my fear I couldn’t do it. But I felt at peace about. And then I got a call that did finally close the door on that wrong program. I didn’t get upset. I have to pray for sight, strength, and perseverance to accomplish my tasks from God. It’s better than doing the wrong thing more easily. Thank you God, amen!

I've had so many closed doors in my life and still so now. I relate wholeheartedly to your testimony.
Hahaha I'm catholic, but yes, it's the same God with the same sense of humor. We have to learn that God's ways are not our ways, we should deny ourselves, abandon our pride and trust in the divine providence because he is always in charge and has better plans for us.
P.D. I've always been catholic, but after being lost in sin for so many years, protestant channels like this one helped me as a 1st step to come back to God, thanks 💙💙

Graduated from Varsity early 2020 and I’ve been applying for many job opportunities, even as a cleaner just to get some sort of employment. And every door has closed and last week I just felt so defeated, I couldn’t even pray.

You've got me crying here. I TOTALLY understand what you're talking about. With one difference: I don't know where God is leading yet. I got my first paycheck in two years (well, one year and 11 months), but now my back is acting up and I'm not working until I can stand longer again. Have had doors closed on jobs that I'm totally qualified for (with lots of experience). Lost my college teaching job two years ago.
In the meantime, I've been getting to know God better. That's been good. He wants me to know Him as Provider, and this is not being an easy path. My checking account has dwindled so much in two years! (Glad I had earned more than I spent, so I had the money to live off of for two years.)
I don't know what's going on. He told me almost four years ago that He has plans for me. Also, some people were praying for me a couple years ago, and one person had a word that I had my eyes closed and my hand up, holding God's hand, and He was leading me but I couldn't see where I was going. That is CERTAINLY how life has been since then!
Can you tell me, please, how to start a tutoring business? I can tutor in certain areas, and have played around with various creative things, but haven't finished anything, and it wouldn't support me, anyway. I'm not an entrepreneur. I have ideas, but I don't know what to do with them.
Have been studying the Bible more in the past couple years. Am learning lots, and our Father has been changing me without me even asking Him to.
I'm upset because I finally found a part-time temporary job, and my back has started hurting (previous back injuries), which precludes me from doing my job right now. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING, and I'm losing income!
What is going on? The only message that the Holy Spirit is saying consistently is to trust Him as Provider. This is so hard. Good, but hard.

Man, my life has been unraveling for a minute but from 2016 til now, complete breakdown. Divorced, house still on t by e market (too), medically retired, and due to financial reasons we're still living in the house that won't move. I feel punished at times and every sad feeling is compounded with covid19 and isolation. I praise the Lord's name daily but Brother Allen the feeble sinful side of me is struggling. This is reflective of my life. Like I'm being punished for being a Believer. I know not to give up on Jesus...it's just that while I praise Him daily, I am stagnated. I need Supernatural Intervention. Keep me in pray.
This is incredible Mr. Allen your testimony has shown me how God was closing many doors for me while being on dating apps and being at a job that I am miserable at. Nothing was working and if it was it didn’t last. This has shown me great clarity how God continues to close doors 🚪 that aren’t meant for us. God is enough for me don't be like anyone else my weakness is jobs and not getting where I want to due to a hurdles which stops me getting the job I really want. Doors with people is protection and distractions I don't need anyhow but I struggle with accepting the job I want I can't have.
Well I am not an engineer but the past 8 months every door for employment has been closed. God is silent on the next step but it is obvious what jobs I was searching for are closed doors.

Thank you, for the video,it's definitely encouraged me. For me my relationship with my ex girlfriend of 3 years ,who I met at Bible college ended last month. And I thought she was the one God had for me ,I was even saving for a ring and her family loved me too, but God closed that on our relationship. And a year ago I had to drop out of college because it was getting to expensive and I didn't want to get into thousands of dollars into debt like I knew some of my friends had. Again I'm not mad at God but I do know He does things for our good so these happened for my good. I know God has better for me even though right now I don't know what it is.

Not always. Sometimes we're not ready to have the right door open so we have to wait. Sometimes we have to wait a long time.

Yess this is so true. We never know what God has prevented from coming our way. An example of this is that my family and I were planning to go to the beach last week and it started to rain so we had to go to a different beach. We were really upset because the beach we had to go to was rocky but God prevented us from going through the motorway which was _flooded_ at the time. Praise God!

Wow, this is very relatable! I have often felt like I'm beating up against a brick wall when God closed doors, but I'm very glad that He didn't give me certain opportunities that I wanted. I just thought to myself, maybe this isn't God's will, at the time. Looking back, I am SO GLAD those doors were closed, and the ones God opened were much better.

This is perfect timing man I been looking for a place to live and got told twice that the current place I’m looking at is mine if I wanted it only to find out today that they changed their mind and gave it to someone else. Thank you for your obedience in delivering this word. I've encountered a few roadblocks lately and while my conviction is that God is behind them, it has been tough especially when the requirement has been "stand still and wait". One day when I started questioning God, I was led to read a scripture in the book of Acts where Paul and his companions were forbidden from preaching the word in the province of Asia. Through a vision Paul had later, he discovered he was required to preach the gospel in Macedonia and journeyed there. What also rung true was the verse in Proverbs which states that many are the plans of a man's heart but the lord establishes his steps. References: Acts 16: 6-10 & Proverbs 16:9

I've been noticing some sudden shifts and changes in my life and today, as I was doing housework, I just felt off. Like stop everything and seek God. I had no idea where I should start so I typed in what came to mind. I had no idea which videos to pick so I just went down the list. The Lord didn't want me to pick what I thought was right or the person I thought would speak to me. I'm glad I obeyed and found this channel. Thank you for your messages and your obedience. I feel encouraged and strengthened in the Lord.

This sounds like my past situation. God pushed me into entrepreneurship. I ended up getting a low paying job that I loathed. However the job was flexible enough for me to not lose sight of what He called me to do.
