Thank you! Yeah, I was using Monels. I like them a lot. I'm using phos-bronze right now. I like the darker sound of the monels better, but they are also 2x the price.
@@CDawson81 If you haven't yet, try the Curt Mangan Monel. I found them to be superior to the others, and last more than twice as long. More expensive, but not in the long run, and to me they feel nicer under the fingertips. I've almost got this tune down and up to tempo. -I started Jan 1 on the David Benedict video, but now mimicking Sam's Gondola Sessions version here on YT playing it on a gold-top F5-G. It's my favorite solo take.
