- Possibly the most sketchy CBR swapped golf cart in existence. Welds that are questionable, tires with way too much traction, and a whole lot of rpm to throw in the mix!

This thing is legitimately terrifying, likely if you look up the definition of "deathtrap" they have a photo of this golf cart, but also... I wanna drive it.
Feel free to do as much as you want with this thing, it is incredibly entertaining, just please be careful!

If you rejet the carbs to match the exhaust and air filter it will actually be a lot more fun to drive. It's running pretty lean right now.a first gen(87-90) hurricane would need to be bumped up to 35 pilot and 105 main and one shim under the needle, If it's a second gen cbr600F(91-94) go 42 on the pilot and 140 on the main and shim the needle one washer and it should be good to go.
Need to figure out a linkage to use the clutch stick as a shifter
Having a wider Rear stance (Axle) would greatly improve stability...
I recon you should TURBO it send it down the quarter mile, that would be interesting, thanks for the video, or and maby widen the rear wheels, all the best to yous and your loved ones

Loctite those intake screws they will endup in the engine

Could you reverse the plastic air box on the metal portion? It looks like that could put most of the air box to the rear and maybe gain you 8 inches or so for the center console.
Tried it, bolt holes don’t line up unfortunately
Need to widen the rear end or do wheel spacers and a shorter steering stem,maybe handle bars instead of a wheel
looks so tippy needs spacers or wider rear axle or dually's 😂
You gotta get wheel spacers for the back or get different offset wheels.
The golf cart is a mean machine and a lot of fun. I think you should make higher ramps that would be a lot of fun. I would love to go for a ride in the golf cart.
As the old saying goes 4 wheels are better than 2.

the rear end is narrower than the front end making it more tippy. The center of gravity is already crazy anyway to widen the rear end?

You need a shifter!!! Use the handle with the clutch on it…one forward and the rest back!!!
I ended up welding that clutch handle to the frame lol it’s what I hold onto half the time 😂 I’m throwing some ideas around to make a shifter though

Drop that motor into an MG Midget or something similar. Should fly, and maybe you'll live a little longer with bones intact, LOL this thing is a wee bit dangerous
I’ve been on the search for a small little car like that to do it with lol no good deals anywhere near me. I have a couple more engines laying around that need a home
