You can if you have time for that. I leave it in over night and it works just fine for me. You might get better results if you leave it in that but its really up to you. If you do leave it in that long put a lot less in your hair

Hey.. just ordered my powder. The back is very short.. like snap yr fingers short! Any problems with it if mix is on yr scalp??
I wouldn't put it directly on the scalp simply because the sandy consistency is a bother to wash out. Otherwise it doesn't hurt
Are you high or low porosity?
I would say my hair has normal porosity

You should rinse it out as much as possible and then shampoo your hair
