Nice way to enhance drum skills and endurance I suppose.... An hour plus can be a good workout on a kit I guess...

it is. I just started playing about 2 years ago, and am always switching up the kit a little, so practice practice practice. usually I play through the entire show with a set break, so am practicing on average 3-4 hours at a time.
