Suggestion: turn on volume leveler to add some compression + turn down the master volume of the console/pc. You can also try to turning down the in game master volume, but it is not advisible since dolby acess won't have enough audio load to process.
Fyi: Volume leveler brings lower and louder sounds to the same loudness range.

These settings are making the gun shot audio higher. It has done a great job of lower the external audio, but it I need that gun shot audio to be very low.

The middle are footsteps but also gunsound so it is tough

Hiya mate I feel that the that the game is too loud but I want to hear footsteps clearly any of these settings I can turn down to reduce the game sound but keep footsteps high?
Footsteps are your middle EQ's so if you slightly tune down low and high this should help you

Depends best thing to do is try all your settings and see what is best for your headphones however for me making eq flat was best ✊
The best sounding for me on the mixamp with these access setting are: 80hz= -1 406hz= -2 783hz= -1 4001hz= +3 7001Hz= 0 Let me know what you think. In the advanced settings you can set your HZ if yours aren't the same as mine. On the xCF across the bottom I have all set to 2

I have astro a50’s and I couldn’t seem to find a good tune in the command centre for footsteps in mw3, if I use Dolby do I have to reset my settings in the command centre and then do the settings in Dolby? And is Dolby the best?
It is all personal preference I personally think for the Xbox Dolby is the best they even have a free trial but I believe in the astro command center on Xbox you can put all to flat then get the best sound 😁

You can get just the razor Blackshark mixamp only makes it louder but you can do that in game ✊
I’m looking for a new headset for my series x. I have the astro Astro A40 with mix amp but they dont seem very good for footsteps over USB only as they was the best back in the day over optical!Would you recommend these over Astro?
Also is your headset the v2 or v2 X ?

Get the Razer Blackshark V2 currently 40% off on their website so total like 50-60 I still use the A40 mix amp over usb make sure the sound on astro command center is flat don't have any Equaliser ✊
Good thing also is they have 50mm drivers which is a upgrade from older gen Astros you will notice straight away
Thanks for the info! When I use the Astro mix amp over usb only it doesn’t allow you to have any custom presets so all 4 presets are flat. Also do you use your Blackshark V2 headset plugged into the Astro Mix Amp?

@@d3athwish ohhhh my😳 how long has the Astro command centre been on Xbox 😫 I’ve used optical in the past with a splitter to get my presets to work but can’t use it anymore due to having a 4k 120hz monitor! I will have a try of the Astro on Xbox tomorrow!!
If you have any presets for Astro A40s please share. If not would you recommend me to buy the Razer Blackshark v2 and use them with the mix amp?
